Hi Jacquelyn- I’m sorry to hear of the miscommunication here. I heard about your father in law and and I did pass on my Condolences when your friend notified me at the start of the class that you were not going to make it. I did receive your email the next day after the late night, but you said you were sad to miss it, but you did not ask for a credit or a refund. I offered to your friend to bring home the materials. I am a very small business and very open to working things out with my customers should something like this happen.

This was my first time ever ordering custom sugar cookies for our engagement party. The communication was great in terms of helping me with the design while still making the cookies with her own personal touch! Not only did they look great but tasted amazing too!
