I've ordered from other custom shirt sites before and the prints always looked cheap. Not here! The print on my shirt is sharp and has a nice, non-glossy feel to it. The shirt is true-to-size and feels really durable. The package arrived in a rigid mailer, which was a nice surprise, and the shirt was in perfect condition. I also had a return on another item from a different brand and the process was a nightmare, so I was a little worried. But the Busitee return was painless the refund hit my account in about a week. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

The quality of this shirt is exceptional the fabric is soft and the print isn't going to crack or fade. The graphic looks exactly like the design online. I had a quick question about sizing before I ordered and used their chat feature. The support team was so helpful, providing specific measurements and guidance. My order came in a sturdy poly-mailer, neatly folded. I've washed it inside-out a few times now on cold, and it still looks brand new. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I was so excited to get this shirt and it didn't disappoint! The graphic is just as crisp and vibrant as it looked on my screen. The colors really pop! Shipping was also super fast; it arrived 2 days earlier than the ETA from UPS. It's so nice when a company delivers exactly what it promises, and then some. The price was more than fair for the quality you get. I'll definitely be buying more from Busitee.

The quality on this T-shirt is fantastic for the price. The material is breathable and feels great against my skin. The seams lie flat and the stitching is really tidy. The packaging was also a nice touch it came folded flat in a weather-resistant mailer, so there weren't any huge creases. I had to use the return policy on a previous order for a size swap, and it was the easiest process ever. The prepaid label was ready to print, and the exchange was handled so fast. I had the new shirt in my hands in less than a week. It's comforting to know their returns process is so smooth.
