Barry the salesman is always great. From time to time there have been issues when we have been told that one of our clients could be factored so we went ahead with big projects, but then when Riviera really did their research they discovered that they couldn't factor as much. This has caused us some stress. We have usually been able to work through it to our satisfaction and Barry is always willing to get right on the problem and fix it.

New to factoring, very helpful with the process. Sales told me they could invoice everyday via emails to my customers, not the case but other than that very well done.

The people @ Riviera are GREAT! It's just as important to them that you get paid faster, as it is to you. They actually understand the process. I'm glad I went with Riviera. It's been life changing for me and my contractors.
