BurstaboutReviews of burstabout.com

After 1 month the dress arrived today. Ordered 1st Jul 23. So disappointed doesn't look the same at all!! Tried to look at my order, it will not work!! I recently, also bought a pack of 3 bras 26th Jun 2023 £26.51 not suitable and uncomfortable. From MINIATUREM also called CAI NIAO address given 92 THE ARCADIAN BIRMINGHAM OHIO US B2S ISG I asked to return them, got same excuse "cost too much to return" offered £5 compensation for £26.51on something that I cannot use!!!!! I think all three names are linked and coming from the same SCAM?

Do not trust this company. I have not received the dress but they have taken money from my credit card and have refused to give me a refund.

Same as others on here reviewing Burstabout. Bought dress and tracking details are repeating the same jargon and my garment is still in USA. Complete SCAM. Dress advertised as £20 but they took £27 and credit card people say I have to get in touch with them. what a joke when they do not exist. FACEBOOK GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND DO NOT ALLOW SCAMMERS TO SELL PRODUCTS THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF SENDING

No stars from me. Do not buy from this site.

No communication for my order which was accepted on 9th july. Absolutely appalling service will be contacting my credit card tomorrow. Is this a scam? I would imagine so. Update- received my dress absolutely rubbish. Terrible material and poor workmanship. Not able to wear it. DO NOT buy from this company or you will waste your money and be disappointed!

Ordered a dress on 11 July absolutely no communication from the sellers and no sign of a dress. I’ll give it one more week and if still no communication over to the bank to reclaim my funds. If the dress is delivered prior to my cut off date I’ll happily update the review.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE SCAMMERS. The videos they are using are stolen from legit traders. The advert that I bought from has since been doing the rounds under at least four different facebook page names. My order confirmation didn't even include the amount I've paid. Chased them and they told me delivery is affected by the weather and asked me to wait but won't provide tracking number or courier details. Only one start because no other option. When I asked for a full refund they didn't even respond to the question. Reported to facebook and nothing.

Ordered my item 20th June and I’m still waiting 23rd July. Not had any reply from emails or no answer when k phone. Next step is bank manager and police then solicitor for money back. Think a month is long enough, I’m so cross
