After I placed my order I received a text from Kayla of BPG. She was just asking me about my order to ensure there was going to be proper fitment. She also asked me for feedback after I received it and to text her with any questions, not email, not “refer to the FAQ area on our website”, but TEXT ME. This alone was amazing! A real human that actually gives a damn about the customer, their experience, and the product they produce! As it happens, their was a small glitch during the install, I texted Kayla, she responded and had a fix on the way the next day! THIS IS ONE SOLID COMPANY!!! Love em!

Superior product Unmatched customer service Had a rep actually text me to advise me the product I had requested would have been slightly out of spec for the specific can I was using. The recommendation saved me a lot of headaches and frustration, and this would not have been possible had Kayla K not personally reached out to me. I received my order quickly, and have been putting it through hard use ever since. Mag after mag, this wrap keeps my handguard from burning me. For reference, I am using this wrap on a Q Honey Badger SD, which is pretty infamous for the rail getting to a very high temp. well done BPG, you have a customer for life.
