I'm a diabetic and have to take many pills each day. All of them say "take with food". I was tired of making sandwiches or making something every morning and at bedtime. Then I found Bumble Bee "Ham Salad & Crackers". I don't have to prepare anything. There's no waste. They're just the right size and they taste great. I eat one every morning and another every night. Thanks!
