I purchased an Original Bully Bed in August 2026. The foam is genuinely good and supportive. Unfortunately, the waterproof inner liner was advertised as keeping out dog smell 100%, but I discovered a noticeable dog odour in the foam underneath it. My dog does not urinate on the bed, and I wash both covers weekly. After almost a month of correspondence, the company explained that odours can penetrate the liner. This is quite different from the original advertising claim. I requested a partial price reduction because I wanted to keep the otherwise good bed. The company refused and offered only replacement covers, which would not remove the odour already in the foam, or a return at my own expense. I appreciate the quality of the foam, but I am disappointed by the difference between the advertised claim and my experience, as well as the way Bully Beds handled my complaint.

Without hesitation, I can say this is the best dog bed in the world. I'm from Europe, and I've had dogs—and dog beds—all my life. Calling it a dog bed doesn't really do it justice. It shouldn't even be compared to other dog beds, because there's simply NO comparison. The quality, craftsmanship, and comfort are on a completely different level. This bed deserves the whole constellation, not just 5 stars!

Purchased Bullybed chew proof crate pad. Have a 6-month old Doberman. Gave her 3 days to get used to pad. On day 4 she destroyed it by completely chewing through a corner. Pretty disappointed it did not last longer as a cheaper Amazon crate pad has been much more durable. After it was chewed up, inspection of cover showed material to be quite thin for something claiming to be chew-proof. Needless to say, I would not trust this pad with any dog that chews.

Beware of their "Free Returns" policy! After 3 emails and a text, Bully replied to my return request, stating I had to wash the cover and then use a shop vac to suck the air out of the dog bed and return it in the original box. I bought a new mattress bag and spent 2 hours trying to get the air out. Impossible! Note that other dog bed companies provide a larger box for the return and one lets you donate it to a shelter. Buyer beware!
