Faulty hardware
I ordered the double stitched "crazy horse" belt. I wanted this belt so I could interchange buckles. When I opened the package, one of the snaps on the belt had already fallen off. I reinstalled the snap, but it continues to fall off. I emailed the company, explained the situation and asked them to please advise me what to do. The person responding sent me a youtube link of how to fix the snap and told me if that didn't work, I would have to send the belt back. Why not just send another snap? If I am being given instructions to fix it myself, why not just send the hardware I need to actually fix it myself? I was actually gonna buy the snap from their website, but I can't find the one I need. So instead, I'm supposed to pay to ship the belt back so they can fix the snap and then they get to pay to ship it back to me. It's a great belt and I love it, but after paying $84.44 (with shipping) for the belt, you'd think they would make a better, more common sense effort to resolve the situation.
