It's a shame you have to give them a star! Most horrible shoes ever bought! Cheap plastic and they claimed comfort. This company should be forced to shut down! Fooling the consumer is very wrong!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!. Also when you want to return they want to give up less!

Terrible! Ordered shoes in April, received Chinese knock-offs of a reputable brand, they were cheaply made and weren't even close to fitting. When trying to return items for a refund, they gave me a run-around. Communication was painfully slow with them asking questions that were already answered. I paid for shipping the return and in July, I received half my money back. There was a total of 24 emails of communications with having to wait 24 to 48 hours for each response. By the way, their website claims free returns. NOT TRUE!

Stay away from this company. Their shoes are terrible and not orthopedic. Expedited shipping still took 3 weeks, and they make it almost impossible to return.

This company is a SCAM!! waited forever for the shoes to actually come..they were supposed to be good orthopedic shoes for my mother since she's older and her feet are hurting.. NOT ONLY were they a cheap plastic, (not orthopedic)...they were also 2 different size shoes!!! I disputed the order with PayPal and course they sided with the company so not getting a refund smh! Have to call PayPal now and see if I can dispute it again now. So far though I'm out $80 now and my mother needs different shoes!

Bulepods is a Total Scam! I just ordered 2pairs of orthotic tennis shoes and they were just awful. Most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I emailed them back, asking for a refund. It took over a week for them to respond. There is no phone number. On their website, it states full refund for any reason. They finally emailed me today and offered a $20.00 refund on my $100.00 purchase. I was flabbergasted! I said this isn’t going to work for me. But they give you no return address. So I will report them to our local Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. This is my 2nd ripoff this year. Also stay away from a company called Lilycloth! Another China based company that’s a Scam! I honestly only trust local made brands now. Shame On These Companies 👎

Stay away from this company! I am in midst of attempting to resolve my issues. Contact your bank to dispute payment. Never thought I’d fall for a scam like this. Nonexistent customer service…except by email, which I suspect is AI generated! On the ordering website, no indication of what awaits the fool who orders from this unreputable company. Ordered on April 20,2025. Multiple emails since, blaming customs clearance issues and offering Full refund of any shipping charges…but no product has apparently left China. BUYERS REGRET IN SPADES.

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They would NOT PAY FOR THE RETURN!! I ended up paying for the return.. and now they want to deduct that from my total!!! SCAM!!! WORST NIGHTMARE INTERNET PURCHASE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFETIME!! As there is no way to contact them through a phone number.. quite possibly dealing with AI.... Certainly not humane

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering! The product I received was not the product I ordered. You could smell the STINK through the packaging. I requested a refund $29.99 + shipping, just over $34. Received an email - you can keep the shoes, and we'll refund $10 - NO! Offered to eat the shipping, refund me $29.99; they counter-offered with $29! Just send me my refund! Finally rec'd $29 credit on 5/7! Shoes are in the trash!!! NEVER EVER order from this company!
