I ordered flooring from Build my Place for a customer's repair and as soon as I placed the order nice things started happening. She was extremely patient with me, very considerate, and she gave me options. She listened to my ideas and she over delivered! I am very pleased with the color and design. I will be using her for my investment properties. She is a great asset to this company

Customer service was absolutely outstanding!! A LOUD shout out to Megan!! She went out of her way to assist me and help me get what I needed to make a decision. My living room has 23 foot vaulted ceilings and the ledgerstone was going to go all the way up to the ceiling. I really wanted to be able to see and visualize the ledger stone on and around my fireplace before I ordered to make sure it was going to look fantastic. She suggested that the designers on her team could do that for me. I sent her a photo of my living room space and fireplace and within an hour or so she sent back a photo with the ledgerstone applied to my fireplace space. It looked great and it gave me the confidence to place the order knowing that it was going to look awesome in my room. Megan went above and beyond...kudos to her!!
