Excellent job!
Our deck was almost 30 years old, and it looked like it. It was weathered, and the support posts had sunk quite a bit. Jen was great at listening to what we wanted, and wonderful helping us choose materials that would blend in with our house. She also took care of all the permits and paperwork necessary for the township and county. Justin did an excellent job with the installation. He was very professional, and was an amazing worker. He even hand dug the footers in our very rocky soil. He took care of contacting the inspector when necessary. The deck looks absolutely amazing - even better than we had imagined! We will definitely use Building Character again.
