Buffalo Wild WingsReviews of buffalowildwings.com

I use to love Buffalo Wild Wings but when I visited the location in Harrison, OH they ruined it for me. My food was good but they WAY over charged me for my drinks. I ordered a Twisted tea, they are usually $3.00/$4.00 at other places I go. The charged me $7.50 for ONE!!!!!! That is absolutely insane. When I questioned it, all the would say was "that's how it rang up" Instead of going to check. From now on I will just go to a local restaurant for wings. I tried to contact the corporate office and received NO response!

Friendly staff. Clean appearance. Comfortable environment. They didn't have any menus in the resturant. That's pretty sad, a resturant with no menus. Then we didn't have cell reception to look up the menu, so we just ordered something basic, which took the fun out going out to eat. I coulda stayed home if I knew the experience was going to be disappointing.

I Just picked an ordee, and my ultime nachos were only tortilla chips, a little of pico,, cheese, sourcream, Iam very upset. This is the second time I ordee online and same order.

I will never go back again Mac and cheese was undercooked my brothers wings weren’t even cooked all the way and while we were waiting for our bill the hostess kept staring and pointing at us making us uncomfortable I asked them to take the Mac and cheese off bc it was undercooked so we didn’t eat it they couldn’t even do that

I dont understand how most of the staff was wearing their mask around neck or under their nose. When the food was given to us the mask the whole time was down. It took 10 minutes for us to even be addressed to be seated , almost an hour for food and then when it came the food was awful. We got our check within 10 minutes and left. Our server was nice but the whole mask thing had me alittle upset and its not his fault the taste of the food. Would love a message back . Thanks

Alabaster location we sat at the table for a while the waitress finally told us how to view the menu then when we ordered the wings that said came with firs and slaw she said no it didn't but we showed her she said that was for the lunch but it didn't say lunch only. We had to keep asking for drink refills so terrible service and we could never find her. So confusing menu and the worse service.

Frustrated ordered 2 salads and inquired if salad dressing was in the bag for carry out. Representative insisted yes it was included. Got home no dressing. Called the restaurant Manager was unavailable and said that he would call back. 4 hours later no call. I could have bought a store salad kit for less and better. Disappointed.

Food was fine but the service was poor our glasses were empty for 10- 15 minutes.
