Paid 9 dollars for 6 wings, not that much meat. Mgr said fill out the form to tell us your experience. Round and round with the form. My take...just won't go there anymore, they don't care and either do I.

I have been to BWW 3 times and had poor customer service each time. I don't know if it is the company in general or the store I visit but either is unacceptable. Each time after placing an online order the food has been late and I have had to sometimes even get loud to even have someone check on my order. Either they don't care about customer service or they are understaffed, either of these reasons is the fault of the company. I have other choses in my area(Lake Jackson, Texas) and will start going there instead. I have had positive experiences at the other restaurant. Wings are good but not worth the bad service or extra money.

I went to the BWW in Wayne NJ. The best part of the evening was our waitress she was really on the ball and attentive but the food is crap! I told them I can't have spicy I'm allergic to spicy they said no problem and they gave me a spicy hamburger. My friend ordered boneless wings low in spiciness, and after the first bite he thought his head would explode from the spiciness. I was assured the wings would be taken off the bill and they weren't! So I had to flag down the waitress again. And I also noticed the wings listed for $10 on the menu showed up on my bill for $12.99. The restroom was filthy, there were paper towels all over the wet floor and the garbage was overflowing. No need to contact me, I am never going back there again!

So I order from Buffalo Wild Wings twice a week. On Prospect in downtown Cleveland. They never get my order right some days I just eat it anyway. So today they got it wrong again. Cheese on my fries and wrong cheese on my burger. They said it was made over they scraped the cheese off the fries and forgot the sides. And because I complained the put alot of pepper on my burger that I didn't ask for. I get better service when my food is much cheaper. The employee rolled her eyes when I said the order was wrong. Now my mouth is really burning from the pepper. Caling supervisor soon. I want a refund

Food was good, but quite cold when receive. Unfortunately our pick up order was supposed to be ready at 6:20 PM. We were there waiting, and didnt get it until 6:50. The bad part is we saw orders sitting on the counter inside the door for 15 minutes, and yes that's where our bag was eventually picked up from, and brought to us. It was just sitting there. The sign on the door said "stay in your car", so we couldn't go up to the door to get it. This has happened 2 out of our 3 visits for carryout. Their curbside service is NOT working. They prolly need to scratch their plan and start over!

Imagine our disappointment we ordered wings in a variety of flavors. We got home and discovered that we had 6BOXES OF LEMON PEPPER 1 BOX BBQ !!! We Like lemon pepper but not that much we decided not to drive cross town to return it we get up early for work the next morning(4am) many were left over ......the pretzel bites were good

You know I usually have a great experience with Buffalo wild, but this last time was a failure. I ordered through the android app for delivery and what was weird was I was ordering at about 3:50pm but it said expected delivery would be 6:04pm when I selected asap. Then when I checked back on my order it updated to 520pm. A little while after the delivery window I called the store since I had not received any text from door dash like usual. The nice hostess said the driver was just arriving. Okay cool I'm just around the corner from them my food will be here in no time. Well 6pm rolls around and I call the store back. The manager says "Im sorry but once the food has left my store I cant do anything else, you need to try and contact door dash customer service." If I purchase food from here again I will make sure it is only pickup.

I ordered door dash and I had no queso on my nachos, jalapeños that I didn’t want, pico that I didn’t want, I ordered two EXTRA ranches - only got one extra. I ordered carrots with my wings bc the fries are awful.. and guess what I got, FRIES. Great food potential but they definitely need some work. This is disappointing.
