Evansville, IN-green river road store. We will never eat there again! Order take out and wings were cold and very little sauce. Ultimate nachos 👎🏻 Maybe a tablespoon of chili and a dab of cheese. They forgot my sons drink and it’s my fault cause I forgot about it as well. To busy making sure we got all our food. I have gave many chances to this store. Sad, cause B-dubs use to have awesome food!

So I placed an order that was to be ready in 25 minutes and I arrived a few minutes before, then the app said my order was ready. I walked in and the employee could not find my order and said it must still be cooking. Well 20 minutes and 5 customers later I asked what happened and she went in the back and immediately came out with my order and just handed to me without saying anything. I got home to discover everything was lukewarm the ice cream was completely melted and half of the wings were so hard I could not even bight into them. Really disappointing and terrible service. I contacted bww and all they said is that they would look into it and hopefully I would have a better experience in the future. Well they lost me and my household as regular customers and I found a way better local spot called lazy jacks and that is where I will be ordering my wings from now on. Update: the store manager contacted me and offered to give me a credit for a 1/3 of the food which is just an insult so I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund. I am very determined never to return to any business that has done me wrong and would not make it right also making sure nobody I know will ever order from them again.

My wife drove 20 minutes one way to go pick up our order just to get back after spending $60 for dinner for my family and have no sauce that we asked for I called Ricky the manager there at the time or shift lead and they wouldnt even give me a credit for my order when multiple things were missing two sauces and our celery I would not recommend this place and if you do go then DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY WONT!

I ordered my favorite sauce and instead when my food came it had no sauce but instead a dry rub that was completely different. My food was delivered 30+ minutes late. My food was cold and my fries were soggy. I would not recommend. NOT GOOD!!!

I ordered dinner through Grub Hub, B’dubs on 26 Mile. They forgot our dinner on one order and didn’t include any taco sauce with my chips. The dinner costs over $60. Never again👎🏼
