1/2 the people working there wear the mask on the chin , the other half over their mouth but not over their nose , the woman ringing me up wore hers on her ear only not covering her mouth or nose, this includes the people in the back working , I could only see 2 of them in the kitchen as they would bring the food up then head beck to the kitchen but mask on chin as well . if they don't know how to wear a mask right what other things are done wrong , washing hands ? , food prep. procedures ? , cleaning of food prep. areas ? , correct storage of food ? I don't think I could feel good about ever eating at this location again . why cant the people that work there be trained ? , why cant they watch the video on how to wear a mask ?

Terrible service, wife's food came out 10mins before my food, manager said company policy during covid is everyone's order goes in as 1 ticket. The things people come up with, if you enjoy eating by yourself then this is the place

Well my kids love this place! But we did an order during COVID and they forgot ALL the sauce and promised to give us some money back.... We’ll that never happened! The last 3 times we had gone there they were out of pickles! When management says they will do something they should follow through!

Worst place to get food service is sucks

I ordered food from the Hampton store. Amazing that Cole slaw in a condiment cup is almost 4 dollars. Also I ordered strips but got a child’s portion of wings. I had a gift certificate I used that was given to me and still Paid another 6.00 dollars. First and last experience. I have never posted on restaurants but this one deserves special attention.

Theres a reason in iver a dozen platforms and various review or social avenues this places barely reaches 2 stars and its. Not the foods fault its locations and service and employees it's hilarious you want a tip or I'm sorry the machine will ask me a question before I can leave for my food I paid for ahead of time that's doninwanna give a tip to the girl who's done nothing while I see my bag of food on counter but takes her twenty minutes to acknowledge me and hand me the less than 5 lbs bag close at 10 on a sat night after 2 months of closure they closed then prior but cut off delivery M I assume ay 9 or earlier lol sad the food isn't good enough to tolerate this I'll get kfc or wings and rings least you get what you pay for there dont worrybill duplicate this review on every other social media

Ordered a large meal for 8 to be delivered through DoorDash and half my order was not delivered. I was told they couldn’t send my food back with a delivery driver so I had to drive and get it myself. I was under the weather at the time which was why I had my food delivered I was too sick to drive. They offered me 20 extra wings and still gave me the wrong sauce I asked for on the comp order. Will never be returning.

Fairless Hills Pa store. Chicken wrap is crazy small for the price almost $12 plus $3 for door dash.. Don't waste you hard earned money here. They can do better for the price. .Annoyed and will not order here any longer.
