HORRIBLE SERVICE! 3 of us went into Buffalo Wild Wings in Fenton around 12:45 for lunch. ONLY 3 OF US! We were seated in the bar & the server came over & didn’t bother to introduce herself or greet us. She asked right away just what we wanted to drink. After about 10 mins, she comes back to take her order. We began to wait & wait & wait for our food & we noticed two other tables got their food before we did. At this point we were waiting about 35 mins for our food. We began to lose patience & finally got up & left. Our server had no intentions of telling us what was taking so long. How could it possibly take SO LONG for 6 wings, a wrap & just a sandwich??? An explanation to that would be great. IT WAS NOT EVEN BUSY! I have had TERRIBLE service here before & I will not be going back. Oh & also, our server constantly had her mask pulled down & was eating yogurt being the bar! PATHETIC! I do not recommend this place AT ALL to ANYONE! It looks like Buffalo Wild Wings only has a 1 star rating & I can totally see the reason why! COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

Buffalo Wild Wings manager, Pat Sutton, continuously harasses me each time I arrive at a BWW location. Both at Flowood and Ridgeland. I tried to order a beer after explaining that at the time I did not have my current ID on me. I showed them my old ID and a picture of my current. They (Pat Sutton) explained that they could not serve me. That was fine. I understood and nothing else was said about it. I had been there a few times after that with no issue. Several seatings later, Pat Sutton came up to me upon my arrival and told me that I had to leave. I left instantly because I didn’t want any other problems. Three days after this, I spoke to a different manager who told me there should be no issue and that I am welcomed to Buffalo Wild Wings. He knew of the incident that occurred earlier. Tonight, August 14, 2020 I sat down at the table. Our waiter approached our table and before she could ask for our drink order, Pat Sutton came up behind her and asked her to come talk to him. She did not hear him clearly and said, “what? I’m talking to my customers one sec.” she took our order and walked to go find out what her manager said to her. She came back to us and asked to see my ID. She explained that her manager told us we had to leave because of the incident before this that was really no incident at all. We asked for Pat Sutton to come talk to us. We asked what the problem was and he said our ID was damaged and he could not serve us. The problem with this is that he said something to the waiter about us before she even had a chance to talk with us. My ID is in fact valid and brand new, undamaged.

Horrible service. I ordered wings through buffalo wild wings site with 5 different sauces. What I got was all in one sauce and that too very very dry wings. When I messaged to the phine. I got response saying, wonderful anf happy to serve you again. They dont even pay attention and when I ask for the reason. I get message with link to contact door dash ????. Very poor service.

Horrible experience, food small in portion, for 15 wings was over 18.00 and my 22 ounce beer was more like a 16-18 ounce, expensive as well! Service lousy, manager appeared to be inexperienced, even delivering food to my table asking if it was my order! Upon leaving couldn’t find someone who wanted my money to pay ticket yet fat guy standing by short wall wanted me to put my mask on as I was walking out, I said what the hell for? I’ve sat at my table with everyone around me with no masks and now as I’m Walking out exit you want me To put it back on? That’s stupid! Finally got confused manager to take my money so I could leave without losing my temper and being arrested!

Used to be my favorite place to go. We've been twice since they've reopened inside dining. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and couldn't believe how small the serving was. I used to order these and 1/2 would fill me up and I'd have 1/2 to take home. The size of the flour tortilla shells are significantly smaller than before Covid. The price was the same, if not higher. We decided to give it another try th his week. We both ordered snack size wings. I ordered the boneless wings - they were the size of chicken nuggets. I don't know what the prices were because we weren't given menus. I wish I could post a picture of my little boneless buffalo wings.

Employees stare at you while you eat. Play very bad music with language.

This was at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Abilene Tx on Overland Tr. on Friday July 24th at aprox 7:45-9:15. We waited 15 mins to place our drink orders. The drinks (mostly waters) took another 5-10 mins to come out. Waited about 30 more mins for our food (which we had to ask the manager for & most of our orders came out cold) and during this time we couldn't even get a single drink refilled by our server. After about 20 mins of waiting, one of our guests actually refilled his own water and the manager threatened that he "would have to ask him to leave if he did that again" , but that was our tables only refill of the entire 1.5 hour visit. My guests were so disatisfied and frustrated with the visit that they got up and went to our server to pay their bill. I sat there and waited until the server finally cashed me out about 5 mins after my party left. I never really write reviews, but I felt this service was so bad that I had no choice. The manager and server seemed totally incompetent and careless towards the customers. At one point we were looking around our room and not one table in our room (all of which were full) had a single serving of food and all the guests were sharing drinks because the entire room was totally being ignored. Totally disatisfied with the entire visit & will definately avoid this place in the future.
