Buffalo Wild Wings has been by far my favorite place for wings for 10+ wings now, especially the boneless! Yum! Like many other people during COVID, I have not been out much or even got much restaurant food. I decided this past Thursday to go to BWW recalling they do BOGO boneless wings on Thursday. And since it had been so long since I had eaten there, my mouth was watering and I got a large order of wings for MYSELF! I picked up my order to go and got home. I was greatly disturbed with the taste of the wings. I tried 3, 4, 5, 6 of them and they were barely edible. I had to start spitting them out- they were not good and the meat was hard. I could not believe it considering - as I said- these were my favoritest wings! I thought maybe it was me. So I put them aside and tried them again the next day. Same thing! YUCK! I ended up having to toss them out they were gross. So sad! :( What happened to BWW?!?

I am beyond frustrated with the Vacaville BWW. I went in to pick up my food and they forgot to give me a side of large fries which I paid around $8 for. They did not give me any dress For my big order. I called and they told me to go back; which I live 25 minutes away so noo. I asked for a partial refund on those fries and they said they could only take down my name and number and just give me fries next time. I asked if there was anyother thing they could do and they hung up on me. I called again and they hung up on me again. Definitely not going back. My friends and family wont either!

We ordered takeout and the food was ready on time. The staff was very nice but, the wings did not come with any sauce. They were dry like paper! The cauliflower wings were ok. We ended up using the sauce at home to flavor the wings. We were excited for both kinds of sauces we had picked for 2 sets of wings one being Carolina reaper sauce

Bartender asked me to sit at a table for service ! Then I sat down and received absolutely no service! I had to get up 3 times to order my drinks and food from the same server !! He then dropped the order of wings and left not explaining the sauce or nothing

Manager had an opportunity to be a hero this day but chose not to,very bad customer service, I come from one of the biggest retail companies in the USA, and we don’t treat customers like that. I know and I completely understand that due to everything we are going through right now because of COVID you policies protocol you have to abide by, We were a party of 6 and we were missing one person who was only 10 minutes away, but the manager could not give us a table because one of the persons was missing. So he gives the table to another person. Even though we got there earlier to get a good table seating. So he makes us sit separately and makes us make line again in order to sit together. Totally ridiculous. We will not go again.

Ordered wings from Buffalo Wild Wings and had door dash deliver . Not only did Buffalo Wild Wings short me 10 wings but driver didn't even check the order and when they delivered my order i immediately called and complained to both doordash and Buffalo Wild Wings. For some reason they claimed neither was responsible? So i guess i had to be the responsible person. So i am disputing the purchase on my credit card..... those wings were crap too! Thanks for nothing door dash and BWW. Am I the only one that takes pride in what they do???? Sick and tired of people that just don’t give a damn.

Not very clean. Limited meal choices ... no complete meals, only sandwiches, chicken wings, taco platters, and fries... and then they charge complete meal prices. I order a philly cheese sandwich. It was tasted as bad as it looked. We were a party of four celebrating anniversaries and none of us were happy with our meal. We could’ve done better at Applebee’s for the same price. Please don’t waste your time or money eating at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Can I give zero? Attempted to order through DoorDash before a Bills game. Waited 2 hours. Called after one hour and the girl who answered basically hung up on me. Then they said no longer doing DoorDash and I had to call them directly. They are unprepared and unprofessional. Will gladly give my business to a non chain who appreciates it
