Buffalo Wild WingsReviews of buffalowildwings.com

I'm still trying to figure this one out. I've haven't gone there in some time. I decided to order wing wings the traditional style, looking on the menu I see it came with fries (I thought). Guess what, ONLY IF YOU TAKE OUT DO YOU GET THE FRIES FREE WITH YOUR MEAL! Tell me what the difference is if you eat in or take out. Believe me it's not like they give you allot! I asked if the manager was there but all I got was a stare. For some reason it even didn't matter if I wanted them or if I had to pay extra if did, it was the principal! Hell might have to freeze over before I go back .

Hello on 12/6/2020 I had placed an Order at Buffalo wild wings on university and 82nd I called it in an they told me it would take about 20min so when I get there I had to wait another 10min so My order is ready and I pay an I leave when we get home we’ll my food was cold and Disgusting an we had to reheated in the Microwave and always go get food there but that day it was not good I think we will not eat there anymore ☹️☹️

Bufflo Wild Wings Dropped their quality!!! Last couple of times i ordered and my wings wasn’t fresh at all!! It was probably warmed up olds wings. Na fries were not crispy. Sometimes they forget to put carrots and celery in the bad. Sometimes they even forget to put souce on the wings! so disappointed and MIGHT NOT GO BACK THERE ANYMORE.very bad

Horrible customer service.. very rude and Racist.. did not show respect toward a customer. I ordered a mojito , and it had a rotten mint in it. & table were not cleaned while seated. Both server(Refina) and host were not welcoming and if asked something were very irresponsive or answered rudely. I don’t recommend this as a family restaurant and others to go to have a good time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 3 TIMES I HAD TO WAIT 2 + HOURS FOR MY FOOD. JUST CALLED THE STORE AND THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SENT MY ORDER TO THE KITCHEN... RIDICULOUS. MY ORDER IS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE AT 11 PM WHEN I ORDERED AT 7.... SHI****** CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This is the second time I have visited the establishment in a month. Both times the service has been nonexistent. This last time I arrived at 410pm on a Tuesday and was never greeted, nor saw any service for 10 minutes. I walked. The other patrons even commented. You have lost a loyal patron.

So I now know why Texas is one of the highest states with Coronavirus cases!!!! I am currently dining at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Dallas Texas Canyon!! I watched multiple staff members walk next to my table with their mask on...but not covering their faces, so I politely asked one of waitresses ..Why aren’t you wearing your mask to cover your face??? She responded to me saying...”The manager sees it but doesn’t say anything!! I said, that is the point , you should be wearing it to cover your face, so can you please get a manager for me? She got a manager, by the name Chris, who came out as cocky as he could be, with whom I addressed my concerns and was telling him of the employees with whom I was referring to...he responded arrogantly saying I’ll address that, I then pointed out one of the people I was talking about and he said “Oh, you already told me it was him, which I had not pointed out whom it was originally. I said to the manager, you didn’t have to be sarcastic about it as I had not told you of whom I was talking about the first time. He then said I’m originally from New York and sometimes it can come across as me being a smart ass..I apologize!!! That was unacceptable!!!! I didn’t need the sarcasm...all I wanted was just for the employees to be responsible and cover their faces, which I don’t think was asking too much!!! I think Armond, was trying to be cool and the mask didn’t fit his swag!!! But that needs to be done on his own time not when he is working , as his actions could be deadly!!!!! I hope I don’t get the Coronavirus!!!! In addition to Chris supposedly addressing the issue, he was talking to them in front of me as if to basically be saying “The customer is complaining otherwise I wouldn’t have said anything!!! but just do it to this time!!! The way he did it , I felt was very disrespectful, I will also be posting this on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in hopes that they do better for other customers as I will never be back!!!!

Went yesterday afternoon with my kids. Cause they really wanted some wings. As we enter the restaurant there was no host at all. We waited at the front desk for 5-6 minutes and even-though team members last by, not even a welcome we got. No, we are sorry, be right with you. Really! We got NO SERVICE! I try calling the Manager but of course no luck. Now I now why the have less than three stars on their reviews.
