Waitress was wonderful Boneless wings were dry Brisket burger was a joke. There was a half inch of brisket. The waitress agreed it was comical. Ordered slaw instead of fries. Not kidding, it was shredded lettuce topped with some sort of dressing. Absolute crap. Got the bill and they charged an extra buck for the " slaw". Paid the bill and tipped the waitress well. The food was a total ripoff. Only went to watch a game. Been at BWW's about 4 times in my life. Food is always a disappointment.

My boyfriend and I ordered wings and a burger. The wings were good, but the burger was pitiful. It was supposed to come with 2 patties and there was only one and it looked disgusting so we didn’t eat it. The brisket burger was $17. Won’t be ordering from here again.

3 strikes for the BW's on east College Ave in Appleton WI! First time they forgot an entree so I drove back 20 minutes 1 way to get it. Next time they didn't included my kids sides. Today I ordered online for a 6:40 pick up. I would not get my food to go for 45 minutes later. No, apology or anything resembling concern for my wait. They told me they were busy tonight. I call bullsh!t on that. The bar and restaurant areas were not packed but there were about a dozen people waiting for on line orders to go. I think management needs to think about their customer satisfaction. I'm so done with BW's.

They made my friends drink roung and wouldnt remake it or remove it from our recite all she said was oh sorry and changed the subject we didnt get our food at the same time they was not biz at all my tacos were really spicy and our drinks was waterd down. Wont be going back you guys use to be awsome now you cant even get. One star ... sad

We ordered online and the wait time was over an hour. Okay, maybe they were busy. We got there at the correct pick-up time and the sign says to text your name & stall number. After we text, we waited 20 minutes in the stall, I finally went in the store. The restaurant was NOT busy at all. There were about 6 tables seated out of 40.... I waited at the counter for over 15 minutes. Then someone walks by, asked my name, said they would get my food. THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES with 3 DIFFERENT SERVERS. I was so mad. By the time I got my food, the total time was about 1 hour 40 minutes. Customer service in the restaurant was completely ridiculous.

This place is garbage I spent $30 for twelve wings a handful of fries and a steak queso which only had meat in half of it

Bufflo Wild Wings Dropped their quality!!! Last couple of times i ordered and my wings wasn’t fresh at all!! It was probably warmed up olds wings. fries were not crispy. Sometimes they forget to put carrots and celery in the bad. Sometimes they even forget to put souce on the wings! so disappointed and MIGHT NOT GO BACK THERE ANYMORE.very bad

Doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered a gift card online to be mailed to my home. My credit card got charged I never received the gift card. I have now sent three email messages to the company requesting a response to what I can do or they will do to help me. Never receive a response. Just totally ignored. Do not do business with this company. They do not care about you as a customer. That's good
