I got 15 piece boneless wings from uber eats and when it arrived the chicken was completely overdone make me physically sick. And tasted completely off. I’m very disappointed and worried about how they are cooking the meat.

International drive location in Orlando. Entered the store, had 3 employees walk past my wife and myself without acknowledging. Stood behind a wall and had a conversation. We waited about 5 minutes and left. Awful

Wings have reduced in size, price has gone up, and the food used to be really good but it’s kind of like buying chicken nuggets in a bag and baking them at home. Great waiter just pour food quality for the price.

I PURCHASED $1,000 IN BWW GIFT CARDS FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS FROM WALMART IN GRANTSBORO, NC. ONE DID NOT MAKE IT THROUGH THE MAIL, SO FEEL PRETTY SURE WHAT HAPPENED THERE. HOWEVER, EVEN WITH MY RECEIPT FOR PURCHASE, NO ONE AT BWW OR WALMART COULD TELL ME IF THE CARD HAD BEEN ACTIVATED AND IF NOT, CANCEL THE CARD AND REPLACE IT. BASICALLY TOLD BY BOTH BUFFALO WILD WINGS AND WALMART THAT WE ARE OUT OF LUCK. CALLED THE POSTAL SERVICE AS WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT IS WHERE THE CARD WAS TAKEN, NO HELP THERE EITHER. DO NOT PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PRESENT THE CARD IN PERSON TO THE PERSON YOU ARE BUYING IT FOR. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF BOTH FOR MANY YEARS. I SPEND TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH WALMART THROUGH MY PERSONAL AND BUSINESS PURCHASES AND SPEND QUITE A LARGE AMOUNT WITH BWW IN GIFT CARD PURCHASES FOR OUR CLIENTS FOR CERTAIN EVENTS LIKE BIRTHDAYS, ANNIVERSARIES, AND CHRISTMAS. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED IN BOTH BWW AND WALMART. IF THE CARD WAS NEVER USED, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SO EASY TO REPLACE IT FOR ME.

Every time we order or visit from the Rockaway, NJ location there's a problem. The order is always wrong or missing something and this last time we wanted to use Door Dash and the order was very delayed because the driver was waiting for another order. I had to pick it up my self and when I got there it was again missing items. NEVER AGAIN!

The service was the worst on snelling ave. I order a 20/20 bundle!!! My chicken was cold as ever, I didn’t receive my fries that came with the order nor the extra order of fries! I call to let them know, and the MANAGER said to me she will send a certificate for the fries. But then said it looked like I have had quite a few bad experience so they going to refuse service to me!! For one I don’t order from that bbw my husband normally order from Maplewood but he have order from Snelling a few time but never call to complain. But for you to say because of your bad service, you gonna stop serving me! At this point I will be call the BBB TO REPORT THEM!!! IHAYE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’ve ordered Buffalo Wild Wings on door dash a few times now. Every single I have, the food has been terrible! Tonight we waited 2 and a half hours for them to find a driver and deliver our food. Wings were dry no sauce at all. The Mac and cheese also dry no cheese and slopped together! Very very disappointing 😔

The quality of bww has tanked significantly. The boneless wings are about 2/3 of the size they used to be. They taste warmed in a microwave. $12 for the saddest 10 wings I’ve ever seen. It’s really unfortunate to see, they used to Have good food. But with what I just saw for the second time, don’t waste your time.
