I don’t like to complain and I don’t want to be this person but I just want people to know what my experience was. The server was extremely nice it’s not about that it’s about the food. I ordered 6 traditional Asian zing wings but when I received them there was barely any sauce on them I’m talking Sahara Desert that’s had a little sprinkle of rain. Also you have to pay for your vegetables now. If you want to get the Buffalo Chicken Wrap make sure you ask for the Buffalo sauce because my friends just came with no sauce. If you don’t like dry chicken make sure you ask for sauce you probably won’t get it otherwise

When I placed my order on 6/20/21, I was quoted a 1 hour delivery time, which I agreed to. One hour and 20 minutes later, I received my food. The food was not hot,the order was not correct and when I tried to call the store, the phone was not being answered. I was very unhappy I even emailed the store, at 4917 Outer Loop, Louisville, Ky 40219, I never heard anything back from anyone from the store.I spent over $50.00, after fees & taxes and should have at least received some sort of response.

We got there and ordered and everything was fine the people are nice enough but once our appetizers came the pretzel knots were cold and we had no napkins at all we had also ordered the ultimate nachos which are a bit messy. We then ordered our main course and I asked for mayo on my wrap which they have done before but this time I was told that all they could do was give me packets. The wrap was still a bit soggy and the lettuce/slaw they put on it was gross. I have never had a worse experience. This was in Salem Oregon, I had a very different experience when I was in Las Vegas just a couple weeks ago. Most likely will not be visiting this one again.

First of all could not sit outside….. was seated and finally had to go ask if we have a waitress. Manager bought us an appetizer because of the wait! I’m sorry there are 4 waitresses sitting right next to us eating and visiting, but we could NOT sit outside because no staff!!!!!!!! Our waitress (Savannah ) was AMAZING , she waited on us and bar tended!

We went in today and had the Tater Tot appetizer that had brisket, jalapenos and cheese sauce and it was 100% the best thing on the menu. Very delicious! We also had the boneless buffalo tenders, they came room temperature, they are not tenders they are a piece of chicken breast cut up so they were very overcooked and dry and way over sauced and way too salty. And I love any kind of saucy buffalo chicken tenders, but this was way too much. They are way overpriced for what they are. The Nashville hot chicken burger was very yummy but over cooked, the southwestern Fried Chicken Sandwich had absolutely no flavor, very overcooked and dry. The fries were cold and very lackluster. This was not worth being a $75 meal. The waitress was fine, although we could tell she didn't enjoy coming outside, don't blame her at all!! We did move inside because it got too hot for us outside, so thank you for accommodating that.

Huntsville, Al ,hwy 72 - Thursday night about 8pm. The bartender/waitress was hustling trying to serve everyone in her area AND serving beer to ALL patrons, 3 hostesses at front door (why?), AND no manager in sight (he/she was probably afraid if what they would see). Make sure you tip these waitresses well - and fire the manager who won’t help out in these times.

I was ID’d twice by an amateur security guard that was clearly intoxicated. He only asked me questions at the door and no one else. I didn’t know I had to answer questions before I get to go in and eat on a Tuesday night. I Had my ID in my hand for about 10 secs to show the man and he stood there with his eyes closed, stumbling trying to open the door. I could not believe it. I then proceeded to walk in because our table was ready only to get yelled at by the security guard about not showing him my ID. And before all of this happened he had let Two girls in without checking they’re ID’s. Absolutely ridiculous. Location : Cermak Rd, Berwyn IL. Tuesday night. The security guard was an older man
