I went to the one in W.B they took forever to give us our food waitress was confused

I was at the Buffalo Wild Wings at st. Charles . The host did not have a mask on , we were never checked on after we got our meals . The waitress walked away from my boyfriend while he was talking .

Terrible. Wings are now bite size. Ordered through delivery and food was all cold and stale. Not even lukewarm. 1 side of blue cheese for 15 wings. Flat out cold. Can’t say I have had a good experience at any BWW in the last few years.

My grandson and I ventured out today and went in to Murfreesboro Buffalo wild wings. Big Mistake. One order of wings had no sauce and the other the wrong sauce the fried pickles were cold when delivered. Our drinks never got refilled and the waitress was all but missing our first time out to dine in and it was terrible...you lost a whole family of customers

This is really sad because this restaurant used to be great. They went downhill HARD in the last few years. The atmosphere had become dirty/sticky feeling like they never mop. The service is bad. They got rid of alot of cool stuff that made them a fun place to go to. It's way too dark in there and they're prices have become insane. I do like the flavor of most of their food, but good God the management sucks now.

Jelissa was the girl who took our order she was extremely disrespectful. I have never left a review at any restaurant but this is just ridiculous. The lack of customer service and patience for a customer. Will never be back to the Stamford location.

Ordered a 20 piece, 10 piece split half Asian Zing the other half Spicy Garlic. First off There was barely any sauce on the Spicy Garlic hence why we have only ordered from there 2 times in the past 3 months. The Asian Zing had a blue rubber band in the box mixed in with the chicken. Eww nasty... this will probably be the last time in probably 3 more months we order from them again. Highly disappointed BWW. 😔👎 BWW I have pictures if you want them.

If you go here don’t ever order or touch the teriyaki boneless or bone in they are so disgusting I will never eat those again I’ll rather eat earth worms they were the worst things I’ve ever had I almost left with out paying and the waitress knew they were nasty and tried to lie to us and tell us they were good and we didn’t even order those he just let us keep them for the mix up don’t try them unless your suicidal and want to die
