My experience with BWW has ben a nightmare. I at first really enjoyed my job and the people I worked with but the more I worked there the more I seen managers screwing with eachother and discussing everyone's personal information and bashing on everyone that isn't their flirting partner . They watch me shake 7 orders on the screen by myself while they socialize and take turns at the bar coming back n forth till they drink their selves to oblivion and sum leave in their own vehicles. For prime example I watched my managers ashley get intoxicated in multiple occasions. Other night I watched ashley drink herself stupid and I seen her on the wing line coming from half hour brakes in the car with other managers or visitors. The managers leave whenever they want and come back more intoxicated and sometimes smelling like marijuanna. I work hard to put on for my family and pickup all of their slack but no matter what the two lady managers talk bashfully but always make sure their within ear shot. The managers all discuss each staffs personal life and they talk bad on erything! Have accepted that where I work isn't the best and the pay could be better but I mind my own business and do what I am asked. Up until this point. I heard from my girlfriemds x foster mother that Ashley Gray is her niece and she mentions my name all the time. At this point its my business. I'm spilling the beans. Done watching you guys be so trash. The managers are so lousy they all barely ever work and when they are they do things like give takeout orders really old gross wings that have ben in the warmer stail for half an hour to 45 minutes, they talk about how hangover they were when they came into work ... they do not care about their customers or staff and its apawling how incredibly unprofessional they can be. And they only manage to keep stepping it up making me dread where I work more and more

Garbage take out service! It’s not that hard

The service is horrible. If you order online do it 30 minutes before you actually want your food. And hope you like cold dry food. And 50% if the time they get your order wrong.

Ordered carry out wings last 2/7/2021 at 1pm and was told to pick up @ 5 pm. Husband waited patiently for one hour but it was getting closer to 2 hours so decided to cancel. The cashier stated would cancel the order & get us credited. We called BWW on 2/12 & talked to service manager and he stated will cancel and credited. To this date of 2/17/2021, the bill has not been canceled & credited so we called our credit company for stop payment. It was a bad experience and customer satisfaction. We have been a customer of BWW for over 10 years and enjoyed their food however with this experience we will no longer patronize this restaurant as there are comparable food and wings in other restaurant that we will surely enjoy.

Very very very upset they are very dirty inside and outside ,as we walked in the works are sitting down eating only about 8 guess inside eating and the lady who greeted us ask can we wait for her to clean a table or did we want to eat at the bar we go to the bar and it's very dirty so we walked out please please clean up before u get more people sick

The food is awful. We had cheese curds.....they should be called rubber curds! Horrible! The wings were terrible as well. Never again! I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible and that's just for management. Food is salty, the cooks are heavy handed and the sauces are prepackaged and sodium filled. Manger said you chosed the sauce if you can't eat it.... tuff. Ugly over (6 boneless) So disappointed. Morehead city, NC. #Dontgo!

Humble location turned what could’ve a small error into a huge deal. Please don’t order online because you have to give blood and your first born to get your money back. And I’m not talking about an entire order. I’m talking about $17. I didn’t receive the product. I don’t know why that requires days of research to hit the refund button.
