Awful service... Our waiter had everyone served but one couple. Their food came 15 minutes after everyone else had been served, and once the food had been served we never saw him again. I needed a refill and couldn't find our server. There was a group of servers bunched together chatting, and I tried to wave one over. I made eye contact with at least 3 of them and they all ignored me. I finally caught a server for a different table walking past, and she reluctantly helped. I went though the same thing when it was time to get the check and go home. We saw "our" waiter as we got our checks from a different waiter, and he had the audacity to ask about his tip... I was ticked... I will never go back.

The food was terrible. Even the sweet tea wasn't good, not sure if it was instant or not but definitely not good. This was the second time I’ve been there and I won’t be going back a third time.

I placed an order and I was notified it was out for delivery but here it is an hour later and no food. I tried calling the store and was hung up on 5 times. I will never order from the downtown location again.

OUT OF WINGS. how does a wing restaurant run out of wings.... pretty annoying how you come to support a place and they are out of wings. service is awful and they could barely remember our order had to come back and ask us TWICE what we wanted.. i’m so angry!!

Hammond Bw3 is by far become the worst. Long time resident of highland, got a bad vibe of clientele and management when it opened. Came in tonight on a whim to give another chance of many, cuz convenient, and still or worse but..... well not the neighborhood vibe that we are. Kinda a hint of our neighborhood going down and not a place you desire to be due to clientele moving in and managers relatining. This sign makes me wanting to start putting my house on the market after 20 years or at least be aware of property values dropping and be smart. I did not live here 20 years to see the neighborhood go ghetto, gang, just . Bad area Never been.

I don't know what Manager or CEO needs to hear this but it is sooooooo rude to have your customers wait outside until a table is ready when there is perfectly fine benches for sitting..making people wait outside like dogs because your uncomfortable with people waiting inside because Covid then maybe you should just close until it's over. The first and last time I will ever go there and I didn't even get to eat! Find a better way!

Buffalo WW is the most horrible Service restaurant that I have ever witnessed. Employee are rude in all restaurants I have visited. They all incomitent. Orders never ready for take out. Waiting time more than 30 minutes. They have no idea where the ordered food is. They forget to put items. Do not go there.

The lady on the phone wasn't friendly at all. I made my booking the day before to make sure that I'll arrive on time to the train station. I got my track route when the taxi supposed to pick me up, unfortunately would be 20 minutes late. After this, the driver called me and told me that it would take between 10 minutes to pick me up, also asking me what time was my train leaving. I didn't trust him so I cancelled.
