I WAS GETTING STARED DOWN THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN THERE LIKE COME ON DUDE CAN I EAT IN PEACE!!!!!

Buffalo WILD WINGS IN HAMMOND LA. THIS IS MY SECOND TIme experiencing this. I have called literally at least one hour b4 closing time. And no one will answer. However, around 8:30Pm someone answers and is SO EAGERED TO let me know they are NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS. AFTER I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE B4 8pm. Plus the young lady b4 I can ask what time is the last call for taking pick up orders. She hung up In my face.

Food was horrible. Waited 40 minutes for an incorrect order of wings. Went back for them to correct the order and they sprinkled seasoning on top. Handed me a sticky box of the wrong order with no bag. This was Valley Stream NY. This was my second experience, not at the same restaurant but horrible service and food.

I spent 40$ on this meal I just ordered. I order a 15 piece traditional wings with 3 different sauces when I got the wing they were plain no sauce nothing then I asked for ranch and got blue cheese horrible never again I order my lady the Nashville sandwich it was dry just pitiful never had a bad experience with bww I don’t kno if it’s lazy workers but to half ass my order was just straight messed up I’m disappointed and will stick to ordering wing over cause what

We visited the Carson location today @6 we were seated after an hour. @8:O15 we received part of our order. @ 8:40 we finally got the last if our order.We spoke to Donna the manager she was very rude and disrespectful. I have never had to wait 2 hours for my meal.

I ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich. To my surprise, it came un-cooked well (50 % cooked) and I called them and the manager response was "this is how it's cooked, you should have put a special request for cooking to you preference". I was like, I didn't know that and most of the chicken restaurants I tried before had well-done chicken sandwiches. I requested to add a note on the website saying they cook it halfway or something like that so people know and could order according to their preference and I got the same response "we cook it to a certain degree and blah blah". Absolutely unsatisfied with the service and response. The branch location in downtown Milwaukee

We went to the one at valley view mall, got seated got our drinks. Then ordered with appetizer well dinner came out we share 20 wings no utensils were brought out had to ask for napkins and no wipes but what was the worst part was out of the 20 pieces there were no wings all legs this is the 3rd time this has happened. Will be the last for me

It started off as soon as we sat down. Nobody came to take our drink order and nobody came to take our food order for 20 minutes. Not even a water, not even napkins, not even a how are you. We got our food and was still missing a burger meal. My boyfriends beer wasn’t even the beer he ordered. My drink was terribly strong. And still took 25 minutes to get food. We literally ordered everything at once. I then ordered desert it’s been another 20 minutes. We have been sitting here for almost an hour and a half. Employees standing around everywhere and every customer is waiting. That’s just wrong.
