First of all, we sat at our table for 30 minutes before anyone even took our drink order. We waited for another hour and 30min for our food to come out, my fiancé’s wrap was right but he had onion rings on his plate and that was what I ordered he ordered tots. Next mine gets brought out as a buffalo wrap which I again did not order with his tots on my plate. This was the most awful experience we have ever had here. They said they would remake my wrap and onion rings and it gets brought to me THROWN TOGETHER FALLING APART AND COLD. at this point I have had it. We had an amazing server but the kitchen was ASS. way to screw things up buffalo wild wings, didn’t think it took a rocket scientist. 😂

The Gulfport location is HORRIBLE. The worst food and service tonight ever. I’ve been there a few times and this place is going downhill FAST. Never have I spent $85 on a meal and then had to go home and cook for everyone. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

We ordered over $58 worth of BWW food in Helena Montana for delivery and it was awful. The food was cold but the worst was the amount of sauce that was on the wings. There was so much that the bottom of the box’s with the wings where so wet and soggy they when we picked up the box the wings fell out all over my carpet. When we contacted Uber Eats they contacted BWW BUT THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING AT ALL. SO OUR FOOD ALL WENT INTO THE GARBAGE. $58 Away literally. Very disappointed and angry

Made us wear mask even though we are fully vaccined. About a 10 second walk to the table, so I’m all for wearing mask but to refuse to let us come in meanwhile we take mask off the table makes no sense. Another 45 minutes to get our food. The worst service and the workers had no compassion for the patrons. Hated it.

Beaufort Restaurant sucks!! Went to dinner with family and each meal came out separately with a 15 min time frame between each plate delivery!!! Manager said that is the policy….. so you can sit as a family, order as a family but you can not eat as a family! Manager said if we wanted all the food to come out together we should have let our waitress know! WHAT?!?! Why wouldn’t ALL the food for ONE table come out together?!?!

Boneless chicken wings were awful. Way over cooked. Extremely dry. Got to go order as I was on the road. Wish I could taken them back. Nope nope never again!!!

The worse wait time be hours never again

I had ordered the bundle of wings and fries (mango habanero) on the side and they didn’t even put it on the side. Not even the ranch. They’re excuse was “we have a new employee” we’ll get after her to get her stuff right. I’m pregnant and then for them to not put those things on the side pisses me off. I’m Paying and for them to just “forget” if they forget things they shouldn’t even be hired in the first place.
