Horrible 1 waitress.waited 2 hours for overpriced food.rude overcrowded.waited a hour to b seated.no veggies on the bloody Mary margaritas were small.

I went to BWW on Thursday, at my husband’s request, to get the special for the day. I had to go out of my way to get this, but happily agreed. I chose to mobile order. That went fairly well. I located the takeout spot at the store and parked. Problem #1-the writing is SO small that I had to get out of my car to read it and get even closer to read the phone number needed to text to let them know I was there. Their response was appropriate in time. Problem #2- I began setting my plate and took a look at the celery and noticed it was dry looking and had an old appearance so I brought it over to a brighter light and it definitely didn’t look good. As I pulled it out of the bag I was in shock at what I saw next. The part in the bottom looked as if it had been prepared weeks ago! It was wet, soggy or soft smelled and thick bacterial looking liquid oozing from stalk. I was totally disgusting. What was worse is that my husband had already ate his with the little blue cheese dressing they provided. I not only felt disgusted by the audacity to not look over the food better but couldn’t eat the wings I bought because now I had NO faith in their ability to prepare safe, quality food. I rarely go to BWW on Palm Bay Rd because the service as well as the quality doesn’t match their Higher price range. May dogs that I give my scraps to, I would not give to them. I ate going to fast food or restaurants to complain but this food I was served could have given me food poisoning! This is pass overcooked or missing food this is potentially something that could have made me deftly ill. I don’t want them to replace my meal and I’m sorry should have very much more meaning or sincerity due to the gross negligence on their part. This food was so bad it had to of been in there pre-prepped for WEEKS. I did want to include a photo but there’s no option. I was going to speak with someone the next day but I had a wedding to prepare for and I didn’t want a weekend supervisor I wanted the store Manager in-charge. Getting dry, over seasoned, extremely small parts and now potentially food that could result in food poisoning has led me to Never Go Back again!

I placed an order through the bbw app. It took my order. Took my money. Sent a delivery person to pick up my order and the store was closed. The general manager Patrick refused to provide his employee number or last name. He was incredibly rude. He refused to offer any compensation and acted as if he did nothing wrong. I have not received a refund. This is a constant a repeated problem. I advise you find one of the hundred other wing places and never waste your time with this terrible facility. One star is far too many. Store 796.

I never post a bad review about anything anywhere..however,BWW in Goodyear was the most trashy place I have ever been in!! Our appetizer was raw, our main meal came out cold and the so called “manager” looked like he hadn’t showered for weeks..not to mention an even dirtier worker sitting on the floor next to the front door. They said they would take care of our check, yet we waited another 10-15 minutes for evidence of that and nobody came back to our table.. we just left. I won’t visit another BWW’s due to this experience..

Called and ordered other the phone. The guy that took the order was pleasant to deal with, no issue there. Picked them up in store and checkout was easy. Drove 10 min home 2 orders of wings and two orders of fries were cold. I'm 35 and like any other American I would consider myself a wing conasaur. These were hands down the absolute worst wings I've ever had. I ordered 15 of the original sauce that apparently started it all for BWW. The wings were so dry I couldn't even chew them, I left 7 in the box because I gave up and no sauce what so ever. The wife ordered 10 boneless parmasan garlic wings. Open the box and barely had any sauce but the best part is it looked like crumbs you get at the bottom of a chicken finger bag and no meat. For 32 dollars I've had better food and it cost half that price at hole in the wall places all over the east coast. I will never be back.

I ordered food here at 330pm. They said there's an hour wait so I arrived at 445 . Still not ready. 510 they said my food was done. IF MY FOOD JUST GOT DONE DONT YOU THINK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BOILING HOT. I drive 8 min home and everything was cold. The wings tasted sour and were cold so noone ate them .My moms Tennessee Nashville sand was cold so she threw it out ...however besides being cold it wasn't cooked thoroughly. I asked for 4 frys..they gave me 2 fries and 2 tatertots. My father and brother ate their sandwhiches but my brother ended up getting sick. My sons chicken fingers weren't cooked through AND WERE COLD. HE DIDNT GET HIS DINNER. BASICALLY THE WHOLE ORDER WAS MESSED UP AND COLD AND BAD. I CALLED AND WAS PROMISED BY THE GENERAL MANAGER WHOSE NAME IS ANDRAE STEWART MY FULL REFIND FOR 84.00 . WHEN I GOT THERE HE WOULDNT EVEN SHOW HIS FACE HE HAD THE ASSISTANT MANAGER HAND ME 42.00 AND SAY BRING BACK THE FOOD IN THE GARBAGE AND YOU CAN HAVE THE OTHER HALF . ITS 930 AT NIGHT..I AM NOT RUNNING BACK THERE. DONT TRUST THIS RESTAURANT IN WAYNE NJ. DONT EAT HERE. THERES A GOOD CHANCE YOU WILL GET FOOD POISONING AND GET RIPPED OFF.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS AN UPGRADE.

The lady at the front taking orders was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to see a manager and she laughed in my face. I asked how long it would be to see a manager and got upset and yelled at me.

The worst boneless wings ever! Dry to much breading no chicken! Way over priced. We won’t be back. Service was good. Maybe look into new frozen chicken. So dissatisfied. We thought we would give it another try, but not good!
