i have always enjoyed boneless wings and mixing spicy garlic with blue cheese dressing for dipping. ordered bloody marys and were asked if we wanted a chaser. we said sure. it was my birthday and we asked if there was a birthday special dessert. no . . . disappointed. then we got the bill. charged $2 per for the chasers. dint like that. not sure if i will be returning to bww

First 30 minute wait then another 30 minutes to get food and it was cold not good plus we watched people that came in after we did and got there food before we did I bet there's was hot our server was training a new guy hope he didn't pay attention to what was happening my wife left a nice tip I was not going to leave anything but it's not the servers fault maybe? Well I got some gift cards for my birthday and I tried Buffalo wild wings for the first time with my boyfriend in Topsham Maine and I have to say I heard other people say how great it was and I was not impressed in the slightest.... Grateful it did not cost any money on our end except for the tip the sauces are good if you like sucking on a blowtorch which made my man happy... Our regular bone-in wings were so overdone and dried up there was barely any chicken left on the bone. Also they couldn't make burgers and sandwiches because their cooler broke down and and that should have been our first clue as a result our sour cream was so runny it was more like milk and we could not eat it because it looked and tasted bad we ordered 15 wings and they gave us two celery sticks(not even whole stalks mind you ...half stalks) please.... let's get real here, celery is not that expensive! yeah I would say my tip to anyone who appreciates good food and don't want to get it right at home... skip Buffalo wild wings just based on their overcooking overpriced food although our server Caitlin was very sweet and helpful as well as the hostess who unfortunately I didn't get her name...I will give that credit to the staff they were awesome

We went to the one in Clifton Park, NY on 5/20/22 about 1PM after a DR. appointment. We sat at the bar and waited, the bartender was cleaning the taps along with someone else. She was also waiting tables so we waited. Finally she came to us, my wife order a draft with no head and was told corporate does not allow it B.S. We ordered burgers one well done and the other medium. Again I was told corporate does not allow medium burgers, then why do you ask ? By the time she waited on people and tables our food came out and the burgers and fries were both cold. I see by their reviews their not doing to good.Something needs to change and it will probably be us going somewhere else ! Corporate needs to wise up or you'll be the next one going out of business !

I recently went to nort port restaurant. I asked for sour cream and never received it. then we finished our food and the waitress was more interested in talking to both behind us. walked by twice. finally brought ck and told her about spir cream. she said she would tell server. r u kidding me. wanted to pay bill so went to front register was told needed to pay waitress who was again gabbing with same table. there was only a few people in restaurant side. wont go there again. worst customer service ever

Very disappointed when I got my order, your restaurant called wings but then all I got is the part of the wings.I only see 4 pieces of wings out of 20 and the rest are the part of the wings?most customers are interested with the wings itself not the wings drumsticks part.

We used to order every Tuesday and Thursday. Now it's maybe one a month. You get your veggie sides and they are all brown and gross. Let see you pick them up and didn't bother to look at what your giving the customers??? My husband and I used to spend our whole Sunday football game there and now we don't even go there any more. So dissapointed they have went down hill the last 6 months.

The service was decent but or oder for our appitized was not correct. The wings were not the best. They tasted a little over cooked. Just an all in all not good first time coming to your restaurant In Spokane valley WA
