this was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had! they forgot the sauce to my wings…like cmon it’s wings where’s the damn sauce! they also forgot to give me ranch for my damn salad. who in the right mind eats a salad without dressing!!! ahhhh!!! and the cherry on top no celery or carrot bowl oh and guess what they forgot with that…RANCH! I hate this place i deserve a full refund and they only offered me $5 credit. unbelievable!

Took 15 minutes to get served at takeaway window despite asking three different employees standing around doing nothing useful. BBQ sauce all over the chicken, not in a dipping pot. Food was bad, left 3/4 of it. This was at JFK near gate B29.

Tonight we dined at Buffalo Wild Wings in Rochester nh and I believe the bartender name was mary we had the most horrible, unwarranted behaviors from her at first the manager drops out food and the wings were absolutely disgusting over cook , Mary’s response when we mention is. “ our wings have look like that all day” with major attitude . Never gave napkin, silverware nothing I retrieved everything for us from the waitress station. Then we ask for another drink she says” sorry it was just last call” how come she didn’t announce last call?! Then it dawned on me that she just 10 seconds prior put in another customers drink and I stayed “ well you just rang his drink in”. She then now can serve us another drink .. she then told the manager about the issue but wasn’t honest of how the situation actually happened so she was coving her tracks because she knew I was pissed the manager try’s to back his employee but couldn’t because she lied !! Then I said to Him that’s not how the situation was !! Buffalo Wild Wings count Your liquor she’s skimming of the top !! That’s a fact!! Pouring more liquor to benefit with more tips!!!

I had the most terrible Buffalo Wild Wings experience ever. I showed up at the restaurant and immediately was shown with poor navigation of the tables. They told us to sit at the bar and we had no other choices. They took way to long to serve me my alcoholic beverage while my children were served immediately. A man with a tray walked behind me and practically knocked me out of my seat! We ordered an appetizer of fried pickles and they came out after the kids meals did. These pickles were absolutely disgusting. They had a discusting white coating. The kids meals took about 30min to arrive. There were multiple screaming children. Our food took over an hour to get to us. It was my son’s birthday meal. The one star is for the Mac and cheese. It was really good. We ordered teriyaki wings and when the showed up they were coated in cheese. Completely unacceptable.

Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant!!! My son wanted to celebrate his 16th birthday with some wings on Thursday night but when we got there, they did not have enough employees to have the dining room more than 25% capacity and this was due to them not being able to keep up with online orders. They told us 45 minutes to be seated (with 75% of dining room empty), so my son was willing to wait it out. The host was a nice enough young man that was just following orders, so after an hour we finally asked to speak with the manager and she said we should be seated in a few minutes. 15 minutes later we finally were led to a table and after 10 minutes waiting on a waitress, she told us it would be 50 minutes before we would get any food!!!! Why on earth would the manager not have told us that after an hour of waiting?!! We left. The whole time we were there people were constantly coming in for online pick-up orders and waiting a while there as well. They said that they got so far behind for online orders that they had everyone filling those orders. Guess the dine in crowd gets the shaft if things get busy. A bunch of other people that wanted to dine in left as well. Completely ruined what was supposed to be a celebration evening. Wasted an hour and a half of our evening for nothing.

I went to Niles Oh. Buffalo Wild Wings 2 weeks ago. I waited 10 minutes on the phone, and finally ordered. I picked up my order, got back home it was half the order. It was Tuesday bogo. I ordered 20 honey barbecue wings, and 20 salt & vinegar. I get home; there was 10 barbecue, and 10 salt and vinegar. “It said it on the boxes.” I had to go all the way back and they wouldn’t even give me a 5$ gift card…. I went to Austintown location twice after everything was fine…..! I went back to Niles because of logistical convenience 4 weeks later. Ordered 15 and 15 of the same prior. Waited 10 mins after calling twice. Once because I was put on hold and the phone disconnected…. ( true story)… I then picked up my order, got home and was 3 wings short….!👀 Don’t ever…. Ever, ever, ever, ever, ever….. Go to “The Great East Palaza”, Niles, OH. Location…. Shady business…..!!!!!

Even as good as the wings are, the service is horrible at the Marion, IL location. I ordered a water with lemon slice and figure that I offended. Just water, no lemon. Though, our waitresses boyfriend shows up and he gets lemon in his water. Geez, then we ordered 30 boneless wings with desert heat dry rub. I also asked for 3 sauces on side. Only got 2 requested sauces with dry rub on side and 4 ranch dressings? Not a single refill was offered until I asked for the ticket. We sat for 10 minutes, just talking, waiting for our waitress to stop flirting across the bar with her boyfriend. For 30 boneless wings 2 sauces, 1 dry rub, and 4 ranch. Oh 1 water 1 lemonade with 3 refills on lemonade...? $36.99 what? The 30 wings are advertised at $21? Are lemonade $4 a piece with no free refills? Funny how noone said the lemonade was charged per glass. Go to Carbondale. Same wings, better service.

We’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings all over the USA but this one ???? OMGOODNESS Horribke, Horrible, did I say HORRIBLE service! 35 minutes for appetizers and didn’t get the salsa with it!!!, then placed simple order of 10 wings and fries 55 MINUTES later no food, and still NO SALSA!!!!couldn’t get out waiters attention- He stayed on the other end of the building!!! Told them to forget it - We came to watch the MMA fight but would rather no deal with this frustration!! Horrible, horrible service!!!! Will never come back!!
