The food I received was not worth the forty dollars I spent on it. The fries were soggy, the wings hurt my stomach bad, and there was no celery even though I specifically requested extra.

I have to add to my review because we gave them another shot last night with the 40 wings, fries, carrots, celery, and ranch dip and paid $45 but we didn't get 40 wings (each container only contained 7 or 8), got a couple bags of carrots and some of them were as big as a fingernail, and the ranch dips were half filled, I weighed them and it was 1.11oz, definitely not worth what we paid. Food tastes good but when I order and pay for food, I want what I paid for. For those that haven't had any problems, congratulations, maybe it's just my location.My kids order food from here all the time and my husband just started a couple of months ago and every order placed, something is missing and it doesn't taste as good. The order of fries doesn't even come close to filling the container, we always get shorted on fries. It also takes a long time just to get the food. We order online and set the time for when we want to pick it up and they change it after you check out to 30 minutes after order was placed. We would always set it for 7pm pick-up and they would change it to 5:40. They've even added a tip to the order, I mean, I'm going inside to pick it up, I don't need to tip you to hand it to me, that's insane. We'll give them a few more tries but after that, we'll go to a different wing place. OMG, have to do another dang update because my husband said one more try... It's still the same and this time, he said no more times because he is done. I'm done and not driving there anymore. It also sucks because his birthday is on the 30th and he tried to get his gift (free wings, only 6) and they wouldn't give it to him, even after spending more than $40. They were also very late, and the food was very cold

The worse experience ever. ordered on line to pick up my order. No one was at the pick up area for at least 5 mins. I had to ask a associate to get someone fo use. She came out asked who had orders customers told them 2 left I was supposed to.pick up my order at 4:50 didn't get it till 5;10. Wast my )Lunch break. Order chip and salsa no salsa. Wow. Want be back soon. Until changes

Had to come back to the store twice since they could not get the order right missing food every time or hand me wrong order

It is 8:00 pm. BWW in Concord NC front desk told me they can't take us, and it closes at 10 pm. And this the third time...very bad Front desk hostess does not have a single drop of customer service in her entire body. She kept repeating the same sentence when asked for a table for my family and wait time. Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience here in the past. Will not be coming back a thrid time.

Went in to eat and the TVs were so loud I couldn’t hear the host when asking me questions. There was hardly anyone in there. Got sat and could barely hear the person next to me. I understand it’s a sports restaurant I used to work there but it was way too loud. Way to ruin my night

So I placed and order for delivery, chose the specific items that I wanted on my burger and salad, they both came with everything that I did not want, not to mention that they were 30min delayed with the order. The burger was over cooked and the brisket was crispy. The receipt clearly said what I ordered but whoever was in the kitchen that night did not pay attention to his job. Not inclined to try again.

I went into kidney failure after eating their wings. I had gotten sick at Buffalo Wild Wings prior to this but I thought that it was the ranch dressing, assumed it was probably poor refrigeration practices, but when I got sick I had skipped the ranch dressing. If you eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Auburn, Maine don't be surprised to be glued to the toilet all night while hugging the trash can.
