Been coming here for years love the staff ! My problem is that if there out of any thing on menu at all you can’t replace it or just leave it off your order !! I get there’s a shortage of everything , but management at this store is rude and refused to work with me and my family on any thing ! Sorry to say I will never be back mainly because of the way the manager handled the whole thing ! My opinion don’t eat here !!! You will be disappointed

I called the Cookeville Tn location to place a to go order. I wanted to order a house sampler but before I could say anything the lady told me that they were literally out of everything. She said they had boneless and traditional wings only. I understand things happen but this has happened 4 times at this location one time they didn’t have the wings for the sampler so because of that I couldn’t get it at all. Very disappointed this time.

Ordered 15 bone in over the phone for PU. When I got there to pay,, I asked why so much ? They replied stating that there is an additional 99 cent fee for pick up ! You got to be kidding me ! Use your own gas to PU, & then they want to charge you extra for doing so !! Mngr. said it was corporate. ''What a racket'' !! It's all about greed. Won't be going there anymore,, & there wasn't any cust. in the place either. ''imagine that'' !!

I ordered traditional wings the other day and requested it extra crispy instead I got an undone meat and on 2/24/22 I ordered the same order and was told they are too busy to make extra crispy chicken.This was at the east town mall WI location.

Bww has moved to having customers get a link on thier phone to pay thier bills. They didn't spend the resource to make it compatible with Google pay or other other pay apps. So typical with thier other moves their decisions are focused on profit at the expense of the customer. Not surprised that the traffic is about half of what it was before the acquisition. Apparently they are focused on thier take out business and not as concerned with thier in house clients. So sad

The order came in quick. Maybe too quick because the wings tasted raw. I ordered extra crispy and they were soft and soggy. There was feathers on wings as if the birds was about to take off. The blue cheese sauce was stretched. There was nothing cheesy about it.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings Pier Park today to order and take home…was told to sit in the bar and wait for a least a half an hour…there was only 2 servers and was told to hang tight…waited 5 min and decided to leave…found waitress to be arrogant…first and last trip to this franchise…
