My family and I were waiting for a seat in this restaurant. Many people were there and said that we had to wait 35 minutes to get a seat. An hour later We saw many people leave and they said we had to wait a little longer because they were low on cooks. The people who were talking to us didn’t seem to care about us waiting for very long so we left to go somewhere else.

The last three orders I have made were bad!! First one the burnt all our chicken. The second they shorted us chicken and now this order was tiny reg bone in chicken. One piece of chicken was hollow. I will not be buying from Buffalo Wild Wings anymore. It is not worth it. I am tired of calling the store to complain.

This restaurant is a joke. My account got hacked by someone out of state and took all my reward points and I’ve contacted this company 3 times and they won’t respond. I’ll never eat there again.

I ordered traditional & boneless wings there were dry & looked like they had been cooked yesterday or a day more. I had to put my own on them. Worst experience thus far with this order

I went on my birthday because they advertise free wings free on your birthday so I decided to tried them out on they new location in Rome Georgia. Here is my description of what I received : 8 tiny dried up cool wings, the type you throw away when they are old, dried, over fried and greasy. And to top it off they were hard to get my teeth on them. So much for advertising on their new location. I would not recommend them. I gave it a 1 because there were no 0’s

Decided to order a brisket burger as it looked good in the picture, all 3 hamburgers came out burnt, sent all three burgers back next burgers came out the same. Wings we ordered were good thank God.

The Caesar salad is nothing like the picture. It's small, it's a side salad. The image shows a full chicken breast. The chicken portion is less than half of that.

Ordered for next day.Only was able to was able to get some of my wings ordered. They would not refund my money for missing wings. Some of the extra Sauces I ordered I also didn't receive. Been to this store twice both times were a disappointment. Won't be ordering at the Hawkins store ever again.
