Today, I decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings in Wayne, NJ for the very time. The young lady who took my order was personable, courteous and professional. I had hoped that I would have a pleasant experience with the food but it was not to be. It was clear that the fries and chicken had been sitting under the light for quite some time. Since the person responsible for making food thinks so little of customer satisfaction, I will not visit this establishment again in the future.

I occasionally go to Buffalo Wild Wings. I was at the Newark DE on 100 South Main st tonight at 7:30 PM with my kids. I was there for 1.5 hours; kids were upset, and the food was not good. No apology; nothing. I will never eat there again.

we have been going to BWW for years but over the past 2 years, the service has disappeared and the quality of BWW has gone from good to absolutely horrible. and dining service takes forever and pick up is even worse…. it takes forever to get food, and when you do finally get it it’s either cold or not completely cooked.….. especially the Champion Circle location in Fort Worth…. since this location opened, we have yet to have a decent experience or good food…. It has gotten so bad that they no longer even allow a review or comment section on any of their receipts, social media or website so sad too because BWW used to be a great place to take the family and hang out

My boyfriend ordered 15 boneless wings and I ordered 10 boneless wings with simple fries and simple onion rings. The server at the bar took everyone’s order at the same time (1) 2 guys, (2) us a couple, (3) another couple. We didn’t got our order until 35 minutes later! The manager said they take one order at a time and it wasn’t true! Order number 1 and 3 got their order on time. Train your bartenders and servers the right way. One customer at a time and do not rush the order! It is unethical as manager to say, “one order at a time,” but servers and bartenders do not follow that protocol!

While visiting friends. We decided to grab a bite to eat at the bw3 on Houk rd in Delaware Ohio on August 10 2022. There was four of us. We sat down right away. It took 10 minutes before anyone even came to the table to take our drink orders. Another 20 minutes to take our food order. They were not even crowded. We ordered Appetizers and food. We waited at least 40 minutes still no appetizers. Then they brought out one of our party’s order, then 10 minutes later they brought out my wife’s order, another 10 minutes my order came out with one of the appetizers. Then 15 minutes later they brought out our last food order and it was cold. We then called the manager over and told him we were not at all happy with the service we had received and asked him to take the cold order off the bill. He said he would and he took our bill and removed the last order from our bill. He brought the bill back and apologized. We then checked the bill only to find out that we we still charged for the appetizer we never received. Told the waiter that we never received the second appetizer he said he would take it off the bill. He then took the bill again was gone for another 10 minutes and when he brought the bill back it was 62 cents cheaper than it was when he took it. I asked him what appetizers did they sell that were cheaper than a dollar? He said none I said never mind. I then just paid the bill because everyone was getting rather upset. We got up to leave and wouldn’t you know it the server brought out the second appetizer. We all just laughed about it and continued to the door. This whole episode took over three hours and my wife and I still had a hour and a half to drive to get home. We all frequently eat at BW3’s but that is the last time I will ever set foot in this Particular establishment… Worst Service Ever…

If I could leave a lower rating, I would. Buffalo Wild Wings at Northlake in Charlotte has a broken air conditioner and it has been broken for some time. I was there picking up my order and some people said that it was too hot for them and they left without ordering anything. Our family wanted to have a celebration there for a group of about 50 people but that won't happen with the air being broken. I will spread the word to friends and family so we can choose another restaurant to have our party.

Anyone have any dealings with the Buffalo Wild Wings in New Bern, NC?????? DON'T BOTHER! Took 55 minutes from the time we walked in till we got our pick up order, didn't honor the 15% discount for ordering over $25 of food, and food was nothing to write home about. Boneless wings were old and stale. Guarantee, we will NOT be visiting that establishment ever again. This is the second time in a month that they have totally messed up an order. If you are not going to train your employees, then don't make the public go through the crap to get an order!

My husband & I went yesterday, got seated right away. We were seated right in the middle of the dinning area, servers, were walking around kept passing our table 30 minutes later still no-one approached us to take our drink order. Some servers were to busy sitting their friends and immediately taking their orders. My husband and I just walked out. Went to Wing Stop, the service and staff were excellent. Not going back to Buffalo Wild Wings, they just don't care about service or customer satisfaction....... Harlingen TX
