After being up for work over 16hrs I stopped at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Merrillville, Indiana to get a bit to eat before heading home. After waiting for 45 mins to be served in the bar I left. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had. I completely understand that sometimes there may staffing issues however that was not the issue tonight. As I walked out I passed the manager and two servers standing in a circle talking and laughing. I understand that workers need down time however that time could have been used to take my order and the order of the 3 other customers that walked out before me who were also waiting to be served in the bar. The customer service in this location has definitely declined this past year. Will probably never dine in ever again here.

I traveled to my local buffalo wild wings in Angola Indiana recently to watch some football and have a few beers.It had been quite some time since my last visit and was looking forward to it. While there I ordered 6 boneless wings and had 2 tall drafts. When my order came I was shocked to see the size of it. Its like they took 3 boneless wings and cut them in half to make 6 and for the price of $8.49 and my total bill was$19.25 needless to say I will never be back

Horrible service, went in with my kids ordered a Diet Pepsi came back with a water I waited a little bit then asked again for a Pepsi and was brought one finally then ordered a classic chick wrap literally waited an hour (mind you it wasn’t that busy) my server came back and said they had completely forgotten to put my chicken in the fryer should only be 5 more minutes so at that point I was already getting frustrated. No one asked us if we wanted refills at all then came back about 10 minutes later with my food to find out they had completely gotten my order wrong and brought out a chicken burger I told them it was wrong and my server tried to blame it on me saying I pointed at the chicken burger which in fact that was false said it would be 10-15 minutes wait on that. At that point I was fed up and already starving so I just took it and ate it. I was not happy at all with the service.

I have a takeout order. Picked up the package but found out that I was automatically charged a tip. Can you believe this? Automatically billed a tip. Complained and said would receive a refund. Would you believe an organization like this?

A complete rip off - they instruct you to sit at a table and use the App to order. They then charge you an extortionate tip plus taxes. The food was decent but the cost is beyond belief!

If there was a way to give zero stars I would the service here is the absolute worst! Can’t order online the website pulls up the next days date. Been there twice no one at the front desk for 15 minutes 8 customers standing around , website says closed when they are open. People just walk out due to frustration a real 💩 show!

I ORDER ONLINE, IT SAYS ORDER COMPLETE, BUT WHEN I GO PICK IT UP AN HOUR LATER THEY SAY THE ORDER NEVER WENT THROUGH, SO THEN I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR. SOME TRADITIONAL WINGS HAVE TOO MUCH SAUCE, SOME NO SAUCE AT ALL. LATELY THE WEBSITE DOESN'T EVEN WORK ANYMORE SO WE TRY TO CALL IT IN AND THEY HANG UP ON US. AND THE LATEST ISSUE, NOW THE TRADITIONAL WINGS ARE ABOUT HALF THE SIZE AND THE PRICES JUST KEEP INCREASING. ITS PRETTY DISGUSTING TO EAT IN RESTAURANT SINCE THE CARPET IS DIRTY AND THE TABLES SMELL LIKE MOLD. B-DUBS HAS REALLY GONE DOWN HILL.

Buffalo Wild Wings Go 7135 N Western Ave Chicago, IL Online order for pickup - arrived early. Order was finally done 25 minutes later than expected. - food was cold and/or undercooked. Not one piece of anything was even a little bit warm. - order was wrong - called store to alert them to undercooked chicken. Hung up on me.
