I very much regret my visit - I really wouldn’t even call it a visit! I had just gotten out of a hockey game and me and my friends were starving and we decided to try bw3 out and when we went in there was no one in the front but very crowded in the back and there was not much direction from there. But there was people in front of us and the waitresses and waiters wouldn’t even make eye contact with us after almost 15 minutes! Then the people in front of us left and I find this ridiculous because they didn’t even try to acknowledge that we were standing there.

One star is too high! Not crowded and waited 30 minutes for a beer. Working on 45 minutes for our food, oh by the way, it is coming out one plate at a time…out of chips, out of several beers in the menu, horrible management and service. We are DONE!

Went to the Westminster location to buy a gift card. Waited several minutes for service, when she came up she had an attitude and said, ''what do you want"? I told her I wanted a gift card and the amount. She took the card, ran it through and then threw it on the counter. I handed her my money and she said I owed more. I had to pay a .99cent take out charge and .06 tax. I sure hope the recipient of the card has a better experience. Won't be back.

We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated. Definitely was not busy, 4 clients. I had to ask for a refill of water, by going up to the bar. My wings came out Cold, COULDN'TEAT IT. I have never had such Crap-tasic service at Mills Clive PKWK, in IOWA. NO APOLOGIES NO NOTHING. ALSO, I PAID FOR PRICE FOR MY MEAL

I came in on se 14th st Des Moines Iowa to finish watching my nfl game I sit at the bar and a Brandon is working I told him what I wanted to drink and he got that and turn around and did not ask me if I need anything else but my ticket like 10 minutes later and I asked him for an appetizer he got that getting my ticket and didn't ask if my food is okay or anything of the sort looks like he's more into talking to minutes into the bar the whole time I've been here maybe he likes them more than just women looks like sorry but I'm telling the truth need to add some more professional and not flirting to people I will not be back here

First time today to Buffalo Wild Wings in Warrington, PA. Will definitely be my last. Unfortunately, I did not read the many negative reviews online first. We ordered takeout ... two orders of wings, fries, carrot and celery sticks, and a green salad. The wings were dry; the fries were undercooked and limp. We got a miniature container of dressing that was half full, enough for only a toddler. The salad appeared old and was wilted. The vinaigrette had an unpleasant aftertaste. The carrot sticks were slimy, and the celery was brown. I left photos on Google and Influenster. We paid a whopping $36 (!), partly because you MUST leave a tip to order online. Boy, were we robbed. Never again. Called to complain to manager, who said his name was Richard. He said there was nothing he could offer us; he was sorry. Disgraceful. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a horrible meal and lousy customer service. This place shouldn't even be in business.

Nobody greeted me. I had to ask a manager to get me a drink. Someone brought my drink and then the manager came back to take my order. I received my food and then nothing. No one ever came back. 30 mins later I asked for a box I got it and she brought my check. She didn’t ask if I needed anything else. I use to work here and I’m also report to a mystery shoppers site. Very poor service when I worked here it was nothing like this I’m sad about it. This location is in Burleson off of Hwy 35.

I ordered pickup at BWW Heritage, PA and it was a mess. I work in food service and completely understand things can get busy but i waited a half hour past my pickup time and talked to multiple workers who kept saying “they’re working on it”. After get tired of waiting my mother came and complained and they checked their doordash pickup and there was our order sitting there cold. When i looked at the lady and said “u told me u checked the doordash orders” her response was “i didn’t pack the order” “have a nice day” that lady shouldn’t work in the front of any restaurant ever or any type of customer service she was so rude, wish i would have gotten her name. We were given no compensation for their mistakes and i will never go back to that mess of a location
