We used to love bww have been going there at different locations for a decade or more, we keep going back hoping they will return to there former glory, but after our latest experience we may never go there again. For years now they’ve been getting worse very little sauce on the wings sometimes none on a piece or two, rarely ever hot, usually luke warm, we ordered a beer first my wife got hers right away, mine 45 minutes after we ordered, my wife’s wings showed up 30 minutes in without the carrots and celery very little sauce and luke warm she was done before I finally got mine an hour after I ordered with fries that were also luke warm, the waitress was nice and apoligetic, they didn’t charge us for the hour late beer or the fries. Maybe someday they will figure out what made them great and get back to it, until then no more bww for us.

Ordered Thai Curry sauce online and paid for it. I wnet to pick it up and when I got there they told me they didn't have Thai Curry sauce in stock.

One item ordered to go. Fried Pickles. 99 cent add on fee for to go order took care of servers tip. Fried pickles @10.99 totally underwhelming. Order was about 12 dill rounds, that were cold and unappetizing. Burgerville does a better job.

No servers, wait forever for service and push us out because they were closing.

I WORKED AT BUFFALLO WILD WINGS IN MT.PROSPECT,ILL AS A CUSTODIAN,MANAGEMENT DOES NOT GIVE YOU ENOUGH TIME TO CLEAN,YOU ARE LITERALLY WORKING LIKE YOUR HAIR IS ON FIRE,NIGHT CLOSERS DO NOT CLEAN THEIR MESS SO WHEN YOU GET THERE IN THE MORNING YOU HAVE TO DO THERE JOB AS WELL.CLOSERS LEAVE SPILLS,FOOD,SAUCES ON TABLES,CHAIRS,CARPET BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SPOT CLEAN,I WAS TOLD THIS TO MY FACE BY THE GM,HE OR SHE SAID THE CLOSERS JUST WAIT TO SEAT PEOPLE,TAKE AN ORDER,RECIEVED THEIR HOURLY WAGE AND TIPS AND BASICALLY DO NOTHING ELSE,HE OR SHE EXPLAINED TO ME THERE IS NO CONSEQUENCES BECAUSE THEY ARE SHORT HANDED AND DO NOT WANT THE REMAINING EMPLOYEES TO QUIT.BEFORE SITTING DOWN PLEASE CHECK BOOTHS,TABLES,CHAIRS,CARPET,WALLS,BATHROOMS FOR CLEANLINESS,CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER,I HAVE SEEN BROOMS HANGING NEXT TO THE ICE CHEST WHERE THIS ICE IS USED FOR CUSTOMERS DRINKS.MOPS HANGING IN THE BACK BY EQUIPMENT USED TO MAKE PRODUCTS.BATHROOMS ARE NOT KEPT SANITIZED BECAUSE THE WAITERS AND BUSSERS AND CLOSERS DO NOT WANT TO KEEP IT SANITIZED FOR CUSTOMERS,THEYLL USE THE TOILETS BEFORE THE BIG CROWDS COME IN BUT BY 1P.M. THEY ARE TRASHED AND NOT CHECKED ON,AFTER ALL THOSE CUSTOMERS USING TOILETS,THINK OF ALL THE GERMS THAT ARE CARRIED BACK TO THE TABLES,CHAIRS,BOOTHS,PAPER TOWEL AND TOILET PAPER NOT FILLED AS WELL,IF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SWABBED THE RESTAURANT AND THE KITCHEN ALSO THE BACK OF HOUSE,THIS RESTAURANT WOULD BE SHUT DOWN.MANAGEMENT HAS FAILED ONCE AGAIN,OTHER COWORKERS STATED THAT THERE IS NO TIME TO CLEAN THE RESTAURANT IN THE MORNING BECAUSE MANAGERS DO NOT WANT TO GET THERE JUST A LITTLE EARLIER SO THE RESTAURANT IS CLEANED AND SANITIZED PROPERLY,I SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO WORKS AT THE CRYSTAL LAKE LOCATION AND HE OR SHE STATED THE RESTAURANT NEVER GETS CLEANED BECAUSE THE JANITOR IS ONLY THERE PART TIME AND SHE OR HE ONLY HAS ENOUGH TIME TO CLEAN THE BATHROOMS.THINK OF ALL THE BACTERIA AND GERMS HANGING AROUND IN THAT RESTAURANT,IT SHOULD ALSO BE VISITED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SWAB EVERY AREA EVERY OBJECT AND IM PRETTY SURE THERE WOULD BE SOME KIND OF NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES,ONCE AGAIN MANAGEMENT HAS FAILED AND FAILED AT ANOTHER LOCATION,STRAIGHT FROM 2 PEOPLE THAT HAVE WORKED AT THE SAME RESTAURANT JUST DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER,SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT TO THESE KIND OF DISGUSTING RESTAURANTS,CLEAN EM UP OR LET THE HEALTH DEPT SHUT THEM DOWN.REMEMBER IF YOUR A CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD PROBABLY WEAR GLOVES WHEN DINING IN OR YOU WILL SERIOUSLY,POSSIBLY CATCH SOMETHING,NO JOKE AND THATS SOOOOO VERY SAD,PLEASE CHECK OUT THE BATHROOMS AFTER 12:00P.M.NOON TIME AND YOULL THINK TWICE IF YOU HAVE TO SIT DOWN ON THE TOILET SEAT,IF YOUR ONE OF THE FIRST CUSTOMERS,USE IT FIRST CAUSE NEXT TIME YOULL HAVE SECOND THOUGHTS,CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER.IF THEY OFFER HE OR SHE LESS THAN $18.00 PER HOUR IT IS NOT WORTH IT,RUN LIKE THE WIND.ITS GREAT FORMER EMPLOYEES CAN BE WHISTLE BLOWERS FOR THESE KIND OF ABOMINATIONS.

Had to wait forever for a server Then they told us to scan the code on the table. Waited forever for the food. had to pay online no mention of a tip so we left cash got home and checked my bank statement and got charged another tip.

Me and my girlfriend went on a Saturday at around 2pm and the place was less than half full. The waitress was prompt to begin with we ordered 2 beers and told her to give us a minute to figure out what we wanted. It took over 40 minutes just to get our beers(there was a couple next to us that had the same problem)and the waitress didn’t stop to take our order in that 40 minutes even though she walked by us over a half dozen times. She attended to other tables but not once did she look in our general direction. About 15 minutes after getting our beers( she wasn’t even the one to bring them to us and they weren’t even the right beers) she finally stopped at our table to take out order. We were sitting at almost an hour so I told her we were all set and just bring us the bill she said “sorry the kitchen is really busy”. Not sure how when the place wasn’t even that busy but at that point you think they would have at least comped the beers but nope. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the check and all we got asked is if we wanted a glass of water. I will never go back to this place I’ve never seen such a poorly run restaurant.

Went to BWW on Southshore Pointe Dr., Midlothian, Va. it used to be wonderful, clean and great food. We went today after church and it was filthy, especially the bathrooms!!. Trash was all over the floors, chairs and tables. I told my husband that it looked like there could be a new manager, then I find out it has been bought by another company. They are not doing a good job!! We cannot return!!
