Paid for Service but did not get it
Paid for Service but did not get it. I paid for 1yr of Spotify Premium, filled out the follow up form, then nothing. I emailed and reached out to them on Discord and was told there was an issue and it was being escalated to their internal support. I'd reach out every 2-3 days for updates, but got radio silence. Had to contact my credit card company for a charge-back. I'd find a message board of others who had similar situations. A few noted they got the subscription service they paid for, but when they returned to buy another they did not receive it.
