Hi, We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delayed withdrawal. We have mentioned in FAQ that withdrawals can be delayed for new users, not more than 8 days though. Also, recently we were undergoing a security upgrade which caused it to further delay it. Your withdrawal has been processed now already. Also, your future withdrawals will be processed much faster now, generally within 24 hours. Only 1st withdrawal is delayed sometimes in order to prevent fraud. Great way to earn some Bitcoin!
Honestly, there is nothing negative to say about this site. The people who called this site a scam either didn't wait enough time to receive their withdrawal or a system bug occurred. Even if the latter happened, the dissatisfied users can open a support ticket to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that the first withdrawal can usually take more time to be approved (for first time verification purposes). System bugs aside, the site itself is great and helped me earn some Bitcoin of my own!
