The first iteration of a stage 1 flash went well, but when I upgraded to a stage 2 flash, the bike ran poorly. I asked for a refund - their website claimed a no questions ask refund on flashes, but was refused. After weeks of correspondence, and threatening legal action, I was finally given the opportunity for a refund.
