BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy from this company!!! Clothes came 3 months after ordering. No big deal. Tried to return because they didn't fit. Paid 125.00 and they offered me 16.00 total. That's a scam

I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful gold and white dress for an upcoming vacation. The dress I received looks nothing like the dress as advertised online. It does have similarity to the pattern but it’s actually many shades of pink,brown and black. I will wear as I paid $70.00 including shipping but I don’t like it. Never would have ordered if it was represented how it actually looks. Customer Service made 3 offers of compensation for dis-satisfaction $12-$25 which I do not accept. I feel this is false advertisement and will never order from here again.

Terrible waited forever and dress was not was was advertised very disappointed ill never buy from them again

I ordered from Browwin 2 dresses and on top on January 26, 2022. My order was allegedly shipped on February 12. The tracking was poorly updated and as of March 1 my order was allegedly delivered somewhere about 256 miles from me in another state. I have requested a refund through PayPal since Browwin has done nothing to resolve this. I would not order from them! For some reason I am now unable to comment on their Facebook posts.

You have to be kidding me? The 3 dresses I bought do not fit right. Not at all as they were advertised. I went to return and was told to keep the dresses and they would refund me 15.00. I payed 117.00! This is terrible customer service. So no, I would not purchase from you again and I still want a full refund.

I highly recommend not to purchase from this company. Women’s tops are very poor quality, not true to size, overpriced, and shipment took took forever until I called my bank to investigate. Products cannot be returned for credit unless you are willing to go through a gauntlet process.

I bought a nice sweater for myself 69$ USD and it arrived and looked like a yucky skin tone knit when it was supposed to be grey. It was a total knockoff. Then when I asked for a refund and to return it the customer support started bartering with me offering me 8$ back then 12 then 20. This is over many days and it naturally gets you more and more angry. Then they say return it but it isn’t worth the price and give some random address in Dubai! I told them I would give them a tracking number and a picture of it going to the garbage. So ticked off. I would never buy online again unless it was from Amazon. What an evil company.

BEWARE. A Chinese shell company. I order several shirts and dresses. When the items arrived I was rather disappointed. The fabric patterns were printed on plain material and the sizes were not correct. I requested a refund and I would send the items back. They are subtracting the postage to CHINA. My invoice did not include postage/shipping. Apparently this company is a China shell and they do not conduct business like any reputable western US that I know. I would not have ordered if I had known they were not a US company!
