I am trying to get a refund. Am not happy with dresses. The fit is bad and the material content is not listed. It feels like plastic. The "company " keeps offering ridiculous amounts to me,telling me to keep items First offered me $15 then $35. Supposed to be USA ! Return address is traced to SPAM.

Do not purchase from Browwin! I purchased 2 dresses from them and there is no way to return them, as they do not fit. I received an email today asking if I would agree to "Receiving $12 for the dresses without returning them." I declined, as this is not what their return policy states. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

UPDATE!! 4/12/22 ~ 4 of the 7 dresses I ordered did not fit. I am trying to return & get a refund. They told me to keep them & offered me $25. I said NO. They have now offered $45. Looks like I will be filing a complaint. Dresses are made nicely. Will probably still wear a slip even though the material is not see through.

Do Not Order from this company. Clothing is shipped from China. Definitely not made in the US. Dress received definitely is not the same as pictured. Material is a cheap, thin, printed satin and is not suitable for wear as it is almost see through. I am very disappointed as it took almost a month to reach me. Lesson learned

I ordered $250 worth of clothes that took 4 weeks to deliver. The items I received did not fit and the quality was very poor; cheap fabric and style was not as expected/pictured. Their advertised “30 days easy return/exchange” is not easy at all! I placed a return request and had to upload pictures of each item, then I had to provide the SKU numbers and then my return request was declined because their policy is that they only except returns if there is a “quality problem”. Well, the items being made of cheap material and not at all as described is a serious quality problem. I also asked about their return policy on Facebook and was told “Free return within 30 days”. They deleted the comment and did not respond to my follow up question if there were any return restrictions. After quite a bit of back and forth they wanted me to mail back the items and pay for shipping to their receiving warehouse in Dubai in order to get a return. The cheapest way to mail the items to Dubai is $71 and that was not acceptable to be being that the advertised easy shipping and free returns were reiterated by them on Facebook. The fact that their receiving warehouse is in Dubai is quite frankly not my problem and they advertise that their items areshipped from the US, so I offered to send the items to their US warehouse but they would not budge. I feel completely mislead by their business practices and all I was asking them to do was to honor their easy free return policy and refund me for my order.

I placed an order on March 5th. Received a confirmation. Received shipping notification on March 10th. As of today - STILL SHOWS LABEL CREATED NOT YET SHIPPED! contacted support tnad they keep stating shipped and give it a few days! I think I have been ripped off!

Ordered $200+ worth of clothes on January 16 2022. It is March 19 and I still have not received them. They continue to say that they are delayed or shipped. I can’t get a straight answer from them. When asked where they are shipping from as it implies the USA on the website - they are not. Not happy and want my items!!

Shipping is way too high!!
