Buyer beware! Expect a long delay if you order. Items come from China, there is no customer service telephone number for service, if there are issues. In my wife's experience... Once the clothes were received almost 1 month after ordering, they do not run true to size. Also, attempting to return the items has resulted in Browwin.com not following through with the promised return authorization after several attempts to get our money back. Reference order #3532049

The website states the products are made in the USA. I located a made-in-China tag on all of the garments shipping bag; and the outer bag the shirts were in is covered in Chinese. This is false advertising. The design on the shirts is of poor(digital Like) printing. I am very disappointed in the quality for the price paid. When I requested a return shipping label I was denied. Instead they said keep the clothes and we will credit you $25. I paid over $145 so a reduction for clothes I would never wear is not an answer. I want to return them but they do not accept returns without a label generated by them. I have emailed twice more requesting a return label and now they just ignore me.

Do not order from this company.. My items looked nothing like the website and I am so disappointed. Please check their return policy before you buy. If the clothes don’t fit you can’t return them! There is no real customer service number or contact. Everything goes trough an automated computer system. They do not respond. I paid for over 110$ For 3 dresses. The clothes send are maybe 3$ value from China. There’s no way these clothes are made in the US. You also get charged an international payment fee. A total scam.

Do not order from this company! There is no option to return and the quality of the clothing is poor. My items looked nothing like the website and I am unable to return them. I was offered a $7 credit and asked to keep the clothes. Buyer beware!

When I FINALLY go my package delivered I was excited to try my new dresses on. One dress was like a garbage sack and the other fit too tight thru the breast. I followed their measurements EXACTLY to no avail. I will NEVER order from this site again and highly recommend you DO NOT either.

The material is very cheap. Needed to return items; company would only refund $15.00 on a $113.00 order. Total FRAUD!
