Did not get what I ordered they sent it to oak Grove mo. I live in Kentucky this will be the last time that I ordered from brownsona because there is no phone number for you to call and they don't answer any emails I guess I have to call my bank and see what I need to do

I'm a college sophomore at the University of Cincinnati and I recently moved into an off-campus house as on-campus housing UC is a bit expensive for on-campus students. Anyways, my mom gave me some recommendations on a bed to purchase and one of those recommendations was a sleeper sofa that was sold by a company called Brownsona. Interested by the way that the sleeper sofa looked like, I decided to purchase it. Now from the start, I though that this sleeper sofa was going to get to me on time, like 1-10 days, but long story short, I never got the sofa. From August 21-24, 2023, the sofa was in China and it arrived in the USA, a distribution center in Queens, New York to be exact, on September 12, 2023. Then, on September 13, 2021, the sofa left Queens, NY, and landed in a distribution center in Newark, New Jersey that same day. Here's the thing: I'm in Ohio, so the sofa should ship to my location in Ohio from that distribution center in Newark, NJ, right? Well, here's the answer: it didn't. On September 14, 2023, the sofa left Newark and landed in... Puerto Rico??? That's right, the sofa I paid $60 for to be delivered to my location in Ohio had landed in a post office in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico (like, what the hell). On September 15, 2023, the sofa got delivered to some address in that Puerto Rican city. I would go on to dispute the company through my debit card to get my money back, but after 5 weeks of that, the dispute was closed and I never got my money back. I called and emailed the company, but they were dead silent. Now each day that this sofa was MIA from me, I told my mom what was going on and towards the beginning of September, she bought me an mattress, which I'm currently using, since I was sleeping on the floor ever since I moved into the house that I was staying at for the semester. Will i purchase items from Brownsona again? No. Is it a scam? I mean, I never got my item, so yes. The good thing about Brownsona that I did like was that I got to write an honest review about this fraudulent company.

I ordered online from this company today and never received an email with an order confirmation or receipt. I knew this was strange, so I began to research and found review after review claiming fraud. I immediately cancelled my card and will dispute the transaction in the morning and will have to order another card as well as change it on all of the places where it has been set up as autopay, since it was my main bank card. I'm so sad and hope that this is as far as the fraud goes... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!😢

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Ordered an item and got confirmation and a tracking #. I was told by email that package would arrive in 8-10 business days. I never received the package and tracking indicates it was sent and delivered to Puerto Rico. I live in GA. Contacted by email and no response. called the number supplied and not a legit number. Looking into what I can do through my bank. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I ordered from them on 8/14 and the tracking information on USPS shows my order was delivered to Pacifica Palisades California on 8/28 and I live in Iowa. I have emailed them back on 3 different email addresses and they will not respond. Bank says pashsetting.com is who payment went to.

My order went to some one else wrong state and address all together. I believe the tracking # they sent me was a clone and I was a victim of fraud by them. I suggest you don't deal with them.

Absolute SCAM! I normally check reviews but I am from Indiana and know where Rensselaer, IN is located. I wanted to support small town America! I ordered a toaster oven, received a tracking number from China and a 10oz item arrived in MO, I live in Nashville, TN. I had to cancel my CC and go through the hassle of disputes, they had a lie to send to my CC company as well and they still charged me for an item I never received. I am still in dispute with these trolls. Lesson learned! I hope they get caught! Karma!
