Broq has been a great addition to my routine — super high quality, easy to take, and I’ve genuinely noticed better energy and mental clarity. I can honestly feel the health benefits other people have talked about, especially around inflammation. I’ve had no stomach issues either!! It’s definitely a premium product, but for the brain and health boost it delivers, I think it’s totally worth it.

BROQ has honestly been one of the best things I’ve added to my daily supplement stack. I started taking it for recovery, and I actually feel a difference, way less joint pain after heavy squats, and I don’t wake up feeling all stiff and beat up. I recently started taking BROQ and overall I’m satisfied with how it’s going. First off, taking the actual supplement, the capsule feels high-quality - no weird odor, strong aftertaste, or filler feel. Since starting the supplement I’ve felt a bit more consistent energy throughout the day -- less of the afternoon slump I used to get. I also definitely feel improvement in the stiffness of my joints on a daily basis, which is huge for me and the general sense of “brain-fog” has lifted slightly after a couple weeks. To me, BROQ feels like its worth the investment and hopefully these slight improvements keep building.

I loved using Broq. I’m not one to typically believe in what a product says until I give it a try. Seeing is believing! I took Broq for a few days, and gradually started to notice my energy get better each day. It’s a much better alternative for me than drinking coffee/a redbull everyday at work.

Been using Broq for a couple weeks now and I can definetly tell a difference. I got more energy during the day and just feel better overal. Didn’t upset my stomach either which is nice. I’ll probly keep taking it, seems like its actually doing something.
