just now New Brookwood. Just bought Hilltop Apts. first of all they are archaic. No email or text it’s door hangers and paper on doors. My situation started 3 weeks ago with another tenant started harassing me was yelling in my window(I am ground level) and said he would be putting up a camera to record me z I reported right away and shared a young mom with minor kids loaded and unloaded her kids there that was a concern. Management would not do anything said was for security which it is not he’s in the middle building . Fast forward he has had numerous complaints from other neighbors I made a police report after he dumped his dogs crap in front of my bedroom window and they said would be up to management to handle they couldn’t do anything Many emails phone calls and texts and they defend this harasser This morning he had his dog outside my bedroom window intentionally riling up my dog with his dog and I called management and when they finally got back to me defended him again I informed I would be moving out because I do not feel safe with the psycho they are allowing to harass me Oh and they charge too much for crappy apartments

I can confidently say that Brookwood Lettings (KT15) is the worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. They advertise properties that are no longer available, which is incredibly misleading and a complete waste of time. On top of that, they consistently fail to respond to emails or return calls, showing a total lack of basic communication and professionalism. Having rented in some of the most desirable areas in London—from Canary Wharf to Kensington—I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behaviour from a letting agency. Honestly, I feel relieved that I am not one of their tenants, as I can only imagine how difficult it would be to deal with them on a regular basis, especially if any issues arose during a tenancy. I will be avoiding Brookwood Lettings entirely going forward and will not be showing any interest in their listings again. The purpose of this review is to warn others about the type of service you can expect. There are far better agencies out there who will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve when you’re looking to spend your hard-earned money on rent.

my son and i applied for an apartment here and i have excellent credit i alone make more than they need had us apply twice with lies about being redone and charge for application fee both times. this company is a super rip off do not use them at all. move on with a run. unless u can deal with daily lies

Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very very good day at work ok smile. Please tell eveyone that I said hello and yes all of them always do a very Good job ok smile. In ending I want to tell all of yous that one of your very wonderful Staff members name Taylor Stevens the very wonderful Manager for one of the very very very wonderful Best places to live at in Tucson,AZ now we call the Brookwood Apartments that is located at address 201 S Kolb Road, Tucson,AZ 85710. Last of all I say that Manager Taylor Stevens is always so very very Professional Helpful Excellent Communication Skills knows and love her job and is very very Caring to all the Residents and also to the Customers too ok smile. Finally before I end my Review I must say that Manager Taylor Stevens has the vest Best Management and Staff team yes including the Best District Manager name Denise that I have ever seen at the above since I moved in on June 16,1980 and I am still here and counting ok smile. Now last of all Manager Taylor Stevens is always a very very very Positive Representative for the very very wonderful MEB Management Services Company that she works for day in and day out ok take care smile God Bless.
