I used to like Bronson and usually had…
I used to like Bronson and usually had excellent experiences. Now I am disappointed (two different orders) with sale items that are too close to their expiration date for my comfort. (Last order: Vitamin D3 with an expire date in 3 months. A recent previous order had one item with only a 2-month expire date.) This turns me off. It feels as though the Bronson strategy for sales has changed to dumping stock before it expires. In years past, I have not had this experience with Bronson. (Nor do the other companies I buy from send me sale product that is cutting too close to the expiration date.) For the price paid for vitamins and supplements these days, this experience is enough for me to drop Bronson and go to other suppliers with whom I have more confidence in reliability.

For customer service.
For products, quality and value- 5 stars. For shipping and customer service really 1 star but I'm trying to be nice. They website never works and you have to contact them for a tracking #. This last time "emily" told me it was due to arrive the day I asked for the tracking#. I waited a couple days (3 to be exact) and each time I tracked it it didn't change. It said "in transit" and a "due to arrive day" listed. I contacted them again since in 5 days it had not changed to "out for delivery" Emily came on to chat again and began to explain to me what "arrives" means. She needs a swift slap in the mouth for being a smart butt. I know what it says. I was asking for help. She then told me I could call my local post office. Have you ever tried to call the post office. It's a recording. I cannot sit on the phone from work. I ordered on 12/18/18 and had to pick up myself today 12/26/18. Not very happy as I needed some of the supplements asap. Shipping and customer service needs to be improved.
