I just made a purchase and overcharged Ryan Cassidy
I just made a purchase and selected my currency Australian , in fact on google the price was quoted in A which isn’t US also it definitely selected aud on website before ordering. Also on google it mentions Bronson Vitamins with au , as part of the site address for the Australian end of the market After using card for the checkout amount, checking my bank it had charged $57.20 not $37.20 Why did it charge exactly twenty dollars more Please ecplain EDIT: Thankyou for your reply, I have not received your email yet. Um, it saddens me a bit, because at checkout it charged for international shipping, so that kind of in hindsight reconfirms it’s not intended for US. Besides I can’t upload screen shots here, and from the start it advertise your product as Australian prices with an .au part of the site address on google. Second EDIT: It was definitely in Australian dollars, at the time of check out because at the time when I select aud in the drop down menu it puts an A in front of the web price next to every product, I thought that was ambiguous because A could be American lol. But , but when I select usd in drop down menu that A would definitely disappear, do you know what they mean. I have still got no email regarding this as your company have STATED but I got one advertising a memorial ....lol Now I am scared the supplement may be not right or ethical . I am a qualified nutritionist here in Australia from the best institute in the Southern Hemisphere and have worked more than five years in primary healthcare. I’m also a chef working in fine dining French, with the countries best export chef. I’ve seen a few things moved around but this is more you know...... I’m not sure about the over 60$ price you mentioned, because the current exchange rate at the time of checkout would be less than the price you charged me. I was a prefect at high school. And surfed on the asl tour ( surfing) as a youth with Kelly Slater. To be honest it kind of sits okay price wise , I know supplements store wise here would be about that amount. But then I would go to the store on this, depends how it fans out, I guess. I just now look forward to receiving the supplements. Thanks for getting back Take care Third EDIT: on thoughts maybe just refund the total amount, because it seems dodgy and clearly isn’t RIGHT right meaning right! So it works for others is fine what ever, like a superstitious lottery, that’s so small lol, anyway I really wanted serotonin from iherb, straight off the dock. Even though on their label it says 5htp lol....I had my heart set on them, It works out to nearly the exact price , your refund does. Thanks for helping

Dear Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We are sorry for the confusion with your order. It does appear the order was submitted in US dollars. It looks like you did get a better deal paying in US dollars versus paying in Australian dollars. The total amount of your order would have been a total of $63.86 in Australian dollars. We can understand why you would not be happy when you place an order for a certain amount and see a different amount charged to your credit card. Usually, if you switch the currency from Australian dollars to the United States currency during the middle of an order it will delete all the items from the cart. We will have to check with our web technician to find out why this happened. We have sent correspondence to your email regarding this review. We do want to confirm you are satisfied with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need further assistance.
