Dear Jamie, It is unfortunate you had a negative experience with our Melatonin. First we do want to reassure you that all of our raw materials go through extensive quality testing. We can guarantee what is printed on the label matches the ingredients in the product. With our quality testing we test for purity potency, heavy metals, and pathogens. We do follow FDA guidelines and all of our products are GMP Certified. If the products do not meet this Quality Standard they will not be used. There are many reason melatonin may not help with sleeping. For instance one can build up a tolerance for melatonin; in this situation it may be beneficial to take a short break from taking the supplement. Other reasons may include taking too large of an amount, with Melatonin less can be more beneficial. Added stress or too much caffeine can also interfere with the effectiveness of Melatonin. If you are not satisfied for any reason our products are covered under a one year return policy. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees before placing your order and then pay them once levied in order to receive your package as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
