£15,01 to pay at delivery
Upon receiving the product I received a Royal Mail note saying that I needed to pay an extra £15,01 for customs charge which I’ve never heard before, so I needed to pay it to get my goods.

Because I’ve yet to get notice of it being shipped but i keep getting dumb emails like this to review my purchase!!! I want my items!

Bronson has many faults
Bronson has many faults, namely: (a) The website suggests they are a UK Company with a .co.uk address, free delivery in UK Banner and delivery policy hidden. They are based in the USA and delivery is SLOW. (b) Customer response is poor, no response received except once I had the email of a Manager and things improved. This post would be prompt. (c) In their website, there is a YouTube video for Vital 3 and a free sample container and free delivery but having asked twice they deny the offer both times and I have checked it both times. At this point, I wanted to provide a link to YouTube for the Video but this site would not allow it. You can review it on YouTube by entering "Vital 3" in the search. QED
