Terrible service. Order 1 may. Payment taken 2 May. No despatch details. No reply to my emails chasing this. Order number is 20001394415. Please tell bronson customer services. The product vital 3 is excellent. I have been using it for 2 or 3 years. I would appreciate any action you can take.

I received the wrong vitamins
I received the wrong vitamins . I ordered ultra Biotin and received Vitamins D3 . So I'm disappointed. I'm not tect savy so this is going to be hard for me to sort out .

Customer Service Falls Short
Have sent 4 emails trying to find out where my order is and have not had one reply. Made the order on the first of May and now two weeks later don't know if it had been shipped yet or not.

Order online 17/04/19. Took them over 2 wks to dispatch, still almost 4 wks since the date ordering I’m still waiting for the product. A few emails and phone calls but no response!! Updated (to reply to Bronson)!! 3 issues here 1. A few emails was sent prior the shipment date but none reply from Bronson. 2. A few calls was made but never got reply, only auto response that they’re too busy. 3. Ordered on 17/04/19. Received confirmation email that the item shipped on 26/04/19. Took over 21 days for the item to arrive.
